I come every three weeks and I have never had a bad SNS powder manicure or pedicure. Luxe is very clean and calming. However, they at times overbook and do not factor in walk ins.

The worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life so far. I could have done them better myself, when I asked them to clean around my nails she hardly did anything then just handed me the bill!

I get sns, they have been doing really well on my nails. Previous place the treatment wouldn’t last at all. My nails look great and feel strong. They are efficient and clean. Only default is they tend to open late and not much on time. Not an issue for me but a heads up for those who are time sensitive. Please tip in cash.

My nails come out beautiful every time I get a gel manicure here. I’ve been coming for a year and Annie always takes excellent care of me. She does a fantastic job shaping my nails and the salon is very clean with a large selection of colors!

You will not find a more welcoming, kind, and respectful environment than Luxe Nail & Spa. They are efficient and accommodating. I'm a regular customer and will not go anywhere else. Their attention to detail and customer focused nature is the gold standard. If you're looking for a new nail salon or have recently moved to the area I highly recommend their services.

Terrible experience here, the nail tech slipped and sliced my finger which has never ever happened to me in my life. It was bleeding, she immediately said sorry and put the antiseptic, i did show it to the owner because i was concerned, all she said was don't worry it happens to me all the time and put more antiseptic. She didn't offer any discount, any free manicure for next time, nothing. Extremely poor service, very disappointing! Not to mention, I paid $5 extra for a nail polish that literally came off the next day. I don't have the energy to go back to this salon but I would like others to Be Ware. Even moreso, there was a lady in there with her dog who kept barking which again i've never seen before, nothing about this experience was calming, normal or appropriate. I left with a slice in my finger and extra $5 nail polish that would be off the next day. If you want customer service, its not here. I will not be back.

I called to see how much a soak off would be and booked an appointment to get it done. While I was getting the nails off - there was an attempt to removed part of my old acrylic off with a nail tip which I had to stop from happening. While getting my nails “soaked” off i was told by another woman that this is a lot of work and that I would now be charged $20. I said no because I called and asked for the price. Instead of letting the nail actually soak off it was more of a rush of just filing and drilling my nail until it was thin and letting it soak for a few minutes. When going to pay they have a sign that says minimum $15 for card (which is not legal btw) and a must tip in cash sign. (They do have an ATM but there’s fees) Since my service was $10 and I only had a card I offered to see if I could add a $5 tip in my card to make it $15. They in fact charged my card $10 (because there’s no such thing as a minimum) and the lady wrote in the $5 for me in the tip line stating again that the nail tech did a lot of hard work. I replied with yes, I am the one who offered the $5 tip to begin with. This was not a good salon experience at all. Very unprofessional.

I came in for a Gel Pedicure and Nail Fix two acrylic big toes simple procedure. Not only did the director / manger give me attitude, but when I began to kindly express to her what I would like done. She rushed and dismissed me another women and shooed me away told me “ you go to the other girl have her file your nails. The lovely girl who ended up doing my polish Shaw my needs and corrected it completely understood. Not only did the first women file my Toe nails to nothing but when I asked her to add more to replace the length she took off the acrylic, she rolled her eyes and told me No.
I sadly suffered from an accident where I dropped a dresser drawer on my foot that damaged my nail bed. So my nail doesn’t grow back as it normally would and for vacation I came in to this place for the first time to correct it so that I can wear open toed shoes and sandals. Only to be met with rude mannerisms along with dismissive body language and behaviors. Not to mention she wouldn’t do what I asked for on My own feet, not to mention I’ve gotten what I asked for times before. When I have an opportunity I will be getting my tow re done. I don’t know why I thought this salon was a place that could take care of all needs or respect the customer enough to embrace and reassure even for first time customers.

They always take care of me and my toddlers on the spot with ease. They treat my girls so special and always give them whatever they want and lollipops I've never had a complaint since it opened. Nice clean welcoming place with great knowledge on nails.

THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY NAILS. BUT THEY PRICES ARE A BIT HIGH

I have been searching for a great nail salon (and have been to about 6 others not really satisfied with the job weeks after) since I left Brooklyn and I’m so glad I found this one! My powder manicure and pedicure were expertly done. The ladies could not have been more kind. I found that the were fast, thorough, and incredibly talented. My manicure has lasted for more than 3 weeks! I have happily made this my regular place and have brought my mom as well.
