Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They treat people that rent cars from them like garbage and have nasty attitudes when asked simple questions. I would not recommend this place for anyone who wants to rent a car

Avoid this place at all cost, they REPO my car because my car was 8 days late, they didn't want to accept the payment the 9th day. This happen last week. I called and asked Nathaly whats my options how much i have to paid to get my car back they say cant do nothing, that my car was rented already to another person. I ask where are my stuff that were in the car my documents and few important stuff i had including my social security and EZ pass they said it was in he garbage because that was not important. Every time i called asking for help they say they are busy with another customer and never call back.
Im taking this case to the court because of the ilegal way they repo my car throwing my belongs to the garbage and lying.
