Older theatre and seating is uncomfortable and the rows are very close together in the orchestra seating area.

I loved watching Christmas Carol. The cast was supremely masterful with how they captured the audience and engaged them in the end scene. I loved it all. Will definitely visit again.

I have enjoyed several productions in this theatre over the years, the most recent being "The Play That Goes Wrong". A lovely classic, intimate venue. Staff was helpful. Drinks were very expensive, but love being able to enjoy them at our seats.

Me and my parents saw “The Play that Goes Wrong. ” The play was hysterical and I recommend seeing it.

However, the balcony sears are very, very narrow and tight. They also crank up the heat in this building very high. If you are layering, prepare to feel uncomfortable. Regardless, the theatre is beautiful and I would definitely recommend the experience.

Theatre has a large backstage allowing for easy transitions of sets. Some obscured seating around the edge of the theatre but mostly great views everywhere.

My MIL took us here to see The Play That Goes Wrong for my first show experience. I live the architecture and antique designs here. The Play was hilarious.

The Play That Goes Wrong: We enjoyed a wonderful evening full of laughter at the Lyceum Theatre. It is a charming old Broadway theater with three tiers. The play was set in 1920's filled with slapstick. Fun for all ages!

It’s a classic theater. Maybe a little too dusty and needs some remodeling, but you can have a great view of the whole stage whichever seat you are. I watched The Play That Goes Wrong, and really enjoyed the production. However, remember that it’s Broadway, so every play is gonna be expensive but worth it.

Great theater and good atmosphere but the seats weren't the most comfortable and the bathrooms were smaller than anything you could imagine.

Dated. Every time I make it out to Broadway I generally seem to enjoy the show I'm watching but always find myself saying this is the last time I'm going. The theater is dated, the seats are uncomfortably small and uncomfortable in general, chipping paint everywhere.
The show that we saw was great however.

Went to the Lyceum this past weekend for a b'day celebration. This review is less about the play / theater and more about the folks that work there. I began to feel ill before the play began, and we left our seats and spoke with Michael who had seated us in our mezzanine seats. He immediately contacted management about our situation; Evelyn then arrived and as I was feeling slightly better, she arranged for us to move to seats that while partially obstructed were much more comfortable (more room) and had the ability to leave for a restroom quickly if needed. As the show progressed I felt better, due in no small part to the staff helping to make me comfortable. I've seen other comments on here addressing the professionalism / kindness of those that work there, so just wanted to give them a public shoutout.

Go see The Play That Went Wrong at this lovely theater before it closes in early January. I saw it by myself and this time with my 11 year old grandson. He did not stop laughing from beginning to end.

Nice theatre, nothing spectacular but really enjoyed the comedy play "Play That Goes Wrong". Bathrooms are super tiny, 2 people is tight, but this is norm for NY.

The play was great! The mezzanine seats are TINY and there's no leg room. Also, if you aren't seated in the center, you're going to miss whatever is happening on your side of the stage.

I went to the Dominion Theater to see Bat Out of Hell this past week. I was able to get a ticket in the center stalls for around $40 10 minutes before the show. I"ll be honest, the show wasn't my favorite, but it was somewhat entertaining. I did like the theater however. The seats are fairly large with plenty of legroom, a rarity in my experience. The servers at the bars were quick as well, and the line seemed to move quickly. I would have liked to see some more snack options, but what they had was better than nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another show.

It's a small theatre for live performances. Inside, it looks very rich even with its size. I don't know where they are going to place the orchestra if the production calls for one. The stage though is wide, big, and deep.

Come early so you can seat right away especially if you have middle sections seats, and you don't need to bother excusing your self as you get to your seat. The spaces are usually tight.
