3 My husband brought me here, we then shared it with family when they came into town.
This is a beautiful and strong waterfall/ Damn.
There are two ways to access Lyon falls. There is a little side spot you can park and walk down to the top area of the water falls.
Further down, there is a boat ramp where you can walk down and get to the "beach area" further from the falls. You can also follow along the beach to the falls themselves.
Great spot to stop and unwind for a few minutes or few hours, also great spot to go fishing, people have caught all kinds of fish below the falls, tiger muskie, trout, bass, freshwater eel, pike, pickerel, sunfish really a little bit of everything fresh water has to offer. Also just a good spot to listen to the sound of the waterfall and let your cares melt away for a little bit
