**Ordered takeout during COVID pandemic

I ordered a chicken noodle soup yesterday and when I took the soup out the bag my coworker was sitting right across from me and I was like what is that in my soup she was like opening it so I did and bam it was a bug I was so mad I called to explain she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about so I went to another coworker who spoke Spanish and asked her to translate I was supposed to get my money back but they never sent anybody to return my money

They have very good choices of Spanish style cuisine. I think they prepare fresh batches each day. Very tasty packed meals. Your Spanish will help you well here as the servers speak Spanish. I have always enjoyed their lechon, grilled chicken, beefsteak, fried fish. Coffee is good too.

Food is always Great reminds me of my Grandmas food it doesn't get 5* because one of the women are rude and always has an attitude.

Their food is consistently good. They also have the best garlic sauce I've tasted from a Spanish restaurant.

Food is good and service. The best Comfort food I’ve had in Staten Island. They are friendly, Good prices and great portion size served. Would definitely recommend especially for days when you don’t want to cook dinner.

I like this restaurant the food here is very good so is the service here you can eat here or take the food to go either way the food here is good I recommend any one to come to this restaurant

GREAT prices. GOOD food. SO-SO employees. BAD neighborhood/customers. (Too many drug addicts on the block, but they have a guy at the door for security).

Food is delicious and the people who work there are very polite. Love this place. I eat there all the time. Oh, and did I say the prices are affordable. Love this place!

The food is good, the service is fast. It can get crowded and if you sit in there to eat sometimes it gets annoying because people are basically standing at your table waiting to be served while you're eating.

Otherwise the food is delicious.
