I was passed down my grandmother's engagement ring and I wanted to have it inspected and given any type of repair/maintenance it might need, as I wear the ring daily to keep her close to me.
I brought the ring into the Rahal's store, and I was brought to tears when Mr. Rahal returned it to me. My grandmother's ring has been brought back to beautiful, shining life, and I couldn't be more pleased! The intricate detailing and rebuilding of the main diamond support he provided is beyond what I expected. The ring is now a reflection of who my grandmother was, and I am forever thankful to the Rahals for making this happen!

Walked into day, with a watch. Looking to get it resized. Told them what I need done, gave me a very reasonable price, and got it done within 10 minutes. During the few minutes we had there we browsed the beautiful collection that was sale. Will definitely go back again. Anything jewlery go to M. Rahal Jewlers worth every penny!

I've searched everywhere in my area for someone who made me feel confident in ordering custom rings for my partner and I. I was beginning to lose hope but, on a whim I stopped into M. My husband and I have been saying that I should have my diamond checked to make sure prongs to hold the diamond is tight. Bob suggested Raul’s jewelry since he had purchased a lovely necklace awhile ago. We left 2 rings to be checked and a chain on my necklace to be checked.
A few days later, I went to pick up my jewelry. I asked what I owed and the gentleman said 636 dollars ($636.00). I was flabbergasted and couldn’t utter a word. I paid and left.
I know they have always been a very reputable jewelry store. I am not complaining about the store. I just have been bothered by the price and have to get it off my chest. My husband says that we should have asked what the approximate price would be before leaving the pieces.
Very expensive lesson learned.

I have an intricate channel set diamond engagement ring and band that needed to be made bigger. Mounir made it bigger and used iridium on it. It is absolutely exceptional. I couldn't ask for a better jeweler. Thank you Mounir!
