An over all adjustment was done to my vehicle to fto locate all the internal issues that was wrong. The mechanic was able to locate and tell me everything needed repaired, or replace. They did an amazing job location the issues Ihad, and even some i did not know i had. I would take my vehicle to them again. They are professional with their customer service. They are patience, and kind with explaining the vehicle issues. I appreciate this, along with them being knowledgeable

My Audi Q7 was given a botched oil change from a different repair shop! I contacted Jason at M-Spec Performance and not only did they recorrect the oil change my foreign drive way better than before. Great customer service, Friendly, and definitely gets the job done correctly and they thought I needed a switch for $400 and come to find out I didn’t need it and they told me respectfully. I found my forever HOMe Thank You guys!

This is my go to shop when I need any service done on my car for the last 3 years. I’ve had engine work, suspension work, and steering work done with MSpec and can tell you they are top notch. The even helped me repair damaged caused by a careless tow. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Turn around time is great and you can expect it’ll be done right the first time: and that’s all one could want from a mechanic shop. My bimmer is happy and so I.

The place do good work but too expensive Wanna charge me $180 for a air filter I went to autozone And bought the same air filter for $20

I’m a skeptical customer who isn’t easily won over, so 1) it's taken me some time to write a review, and 2) that I'm bothering to leave one at all is a testament in and of itself. This is an unusually good automotive service shop, and I have to say I’m pretty damn impressed after giving them my repeat business and taking my time to form an opinion. The communication and professionalism are pretty much best-in-class; you will be hard-pressed to find a shop that does it better. The work is thorough and transparent, not to mention flexible: some shops won’t touch customer-supplied parts. This one does, which is pretty critical if you are trying to keep an older car on the road and have a certain vision of how it should look and perform. If you are protective of your car, don’t easily trust just anyone or any place to work on it, and have certain expectations of how customer service should be, I suggest you give them a look.

I have an old car and Jason worked with me to do the necessary repairs that are within my budget. He was very good at communicating all the issues and provided timely updates on the status of the repair.

My 1st experience at this location was actually great. Jason was very helpful explained every issue to me in detail which needed to be addressed and did not pressure me into having my vehicle serviced immediately like plenty of other auto body shops do. He gave his best advice and I went with it. They have a nice waiting area which I surely made myself comfortable. Unless they are pretty impressed by their service there I'm glad I'm found out this place is close to home. Thank you guys for your awesome work I'll be seeing you soon.

My 2011 BMW F10 had condensation in the headlights which caused my daytime running lights to malfunction & my rear brakes pads and rotor were shot. I scheduled an appointment with M-Spec and had a great experience. Jason was awesome in explaining the issues with my car and reassuring me they’ll Take great care of my car and fix the issues plaguing my car since it was my first time going to M-Spec. They were really professional & great all around customer service especially when I had multiple questions about my bmw. I highly recommend M-Spec to anyone with a European car needing some fixing. I will definitely be going to M-Spec for any other issues in the near future.

Complete Scammers! $13k for a timing chain job and a few other repairs.that were not done properly the first three times i went… after they had my car for almost two months. Then the fourth time i went back to finally have everything done and finalized correctly, Phil gave me a hard time about having them do work under their own warranty. You’re better off going around the corner to The Tire Place, to Glendale Auto Tech or a few blocks down on Cooper and 88th to LIC Auto you’ll save HUNDREDS maybe even THOUSANDS. I’m missing 3 out of 4 screws on my ignition coil pack electrical harness (they refused to replace three t15 screws), they stripped part of my heat shield by my transmission then refused to replace that so now i have transmission noise in my Cabin, they didn’t even know what a DSG service consisted of and when i had to tell them how to do a proper DSG service, they didn’t add enough transmission fluid. None of my splash guards were put back and they tried playing dumb as if i didn’t have any splash guards when i brought my car in. If you care about your car and your wallet, stay away from this place

An M-Spec technician test drove and inspected my vehicle for 2 hours, and then told me my vehicle was in need of nothing. Imagine that! This is why I’ve been servicing my vehicle here for many years. Trust & professionalism, they won’t try to rip you off.

Jason provided excellent customer service. Very informative on what was going on with my X5. Fuel Pump & Fuel Pump Module was fixed in amazing time. Appreciate M-Spec for there expertise. Would definitely recommend for all BMW owners.

Shady, sketchy scammers. I wrote a bad review on another Google account and the company went straight to gaslighting rather than accepting their faults. All services i came back for were in fact related to the services i had originally done. The fourth time i came back was because they failed to put a crush washer with my drain plug after my third visit which caused a fast leak, but the washer i put in was too large which i admitted was my fault because I thought it was the threads that were stripped and in turn Phil had said the story of me having a friend work on my car when all i told him was that i put my car on my own ramps to take care of the leak from my drain plug. It’s also astonishing to me how they’re capable of doing a timing chain service but didn’t know how to perform a full DSG service, i had to show them the contents of a DSG service kit because i was still getting a ‘transmission overheating’ warning. I’m in the process of getting my ASE and CTECH to become a mechanic so that I don’t end up being scammed by yet another place since mechanics shops seem to take advantage of a younger guy with a nice car. It’s hard to find honest mechanics and reliable shops

M-Spec has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a mechanic. Advisors like Jason make this process so smooth and easy, amazing warranty program and financing options available as well. Driving foreign cars can me very costly and problematic, these bna experts were able to diagnose and repair my 2016 f10 550i and clear the check engine. Now she runs like a stallion, although other issues were located with the vehicle Marc my mechanic was able to prioritize my repairs and get the car running until I could return. Legend has it Jason’s beard grows more when m-spec gains a new satisfied customer.
