My friend and I went to check some products at Mac Soho. Tiffany was very helpful to us. She’s explained how the product works and which one is useful to have. We were both happy with the products that we bought.

I have been going to this location for all my MAC needs for a few years now and I am consistently impressed with the level of product knowledge and enthusiastic service of every staff member. Truly one of my favorite shopping stops in the city.

I was at the Soho store with my two daughters today. We had an amazing experience, thanks to Ashton R. He was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. This was by far the best experience I had in any of the Mac stores, and it was definitely thanks to him. He is a great asset to the company. Ty!

This is my FAVORITE MAC to shop! Its well maintained and always staffed with the coolest makeup artists.i have noticed quite a few times lately that they have been out of certain colors (which is obviously due to supply chain issues globally) - but i never leave this places without buying something!

This is the only location that carries the airbrush foundation, I had to find that out the hard way. (I went to another location beforehand and I was directed here) Even so, it would be a good idea to call and ask what they have in stock before making a visit. It is a small shop. I got the last bottle in my shade and another product that I lusted after was unavailable. I think we all expect MAC employees to be a bit stand offish and maybe even judgemental.but trust me they are not. They were helpful and kind. That is all.
