Department Store Macy's reviews
13I wish I had my Sales Associates name. She worked at the Dior counter and spent good time explaining and helping me select suitable cosmetic options. And right before closing too! Parking wasn't bad. This Macys is a good one.
They sent me a blouse in the wrong color and the quality of some of the t shirts I sent back were horrid. You don't always get what you pay for but some of the things I've ordered were adequately represented
This review is specifically for the women's shoe department. This function needs new management ASAP. There is no efficient system to help customer on the floor. Customers must take the shoes they desire to the cashier desk to ask for a size after which there is an average of a 20 minute wait to receive the shoes to try on. No one comes back to ask if you're okay or need another size. The staff are not helpful and often ask one another to assist you because for some reason they are always too busy to help. The response of other team members is typically answered with a scoff of “I'm busy”. I will add if you come on the right day a sales attendant may give a brief smile or ounce of attention if you are extremely patient. I have never experienced this level of professionalism from a Macys. Whatever is going on in this department I hope it is rectified soon.
What a mess. Went to buy boys shoes for my son. The shoes were self serve which is fine had any actually been in the boxes. It was a complete disgrace
Not very pleasant. 1 security guard followed me the entire time. Had zero reason for him to do that, I am not a thief. My wife was exchanging stuff and also bought stuff.
If you are in the Cologne Department, look for Denise. She is very knowledgeable about the products. Great personality, look for her.
Got some nice T-shirts and shorts for my husband, brother in law and my nephew. Got it on sale. There is a lot of nice new collection.
Not to crowded and convenient, hard to find free associate sometimes and the watches department is often useless
Not Happy i was being followed through the whole store and then when i finally pick something up i was asked can i afford it! It's not cool just because of the color of my skin im considered as a thief and a thug but some ppl have a problem with seeing a young BLACK man with money. I have my own everything i don't need to steal smh
Depends on what department you are visiting but customer service is notoriously horrible here. They have great sales and the mall overall is pleasant after the recent renovation.
Store was a bit crowded. The shoe department really needs more people. The cashier helping us was super helpful.
I used to shop in New Jersey, but now with the new renovations, I'm sticking with the Staten Island Mall! Besides, the New Jersey Macy's doesn't hold a candle to the Staten Island Macy's.
Sue at the Clarins counter makes my visit worth it every time. She is beautiful.honest, caring & an awesome lady. She is great in her profession.
