Macy's, Valley Stream NY

Anyone from queens know this mall, great deals staff is always thee best walking in its well organized.

I love Macy's, I got this orchid arrangement at a great price in the discount section. I love the variety of quality products they have. I really enjoy shopping here, great quality products.

Walking into the perfume section is very overwhelming. Everyone want to push something for you to smell. My husband and I walked into the store and all we can get was. What you looking for today smell this smell that.

I guess shopping isn't going to be like it use to. The store didn't have all sizes or styles and of course you can't try anything on. So I had to go back return things. Maybe this will be what puts online shopping over!

It was ok Roosevelt field is so so much nicer. Green acres mall had a lotta stores that have closed.

Store looks run down the maintenance is very poor the place looks dirty not my best experience in a macys store they do alot better if they want to keep up a retail store

Bought a jacket online and it arrived with the alarm on it. Brought it to this Macy's to find out they don't have the same alarms so they don't have the right device to remove the one on the jacket. After facing resistance from the person behind the counter and being told to call in, they finally tried to remove it and ended up damaging the jack. Ultimately they refunded the jacket and couldn't replace it with one in store. I'm going to buy a jacket somewhere else.

My kids & I visited the optical dept of Macy's, & it was a great experience. Both Matthew & Minal were very pleasant, patient, & very knowledgeable. We will definitely return, since their customer service was impeccable.

I was just inform at Macy's that no longer need to come upstairs to return items which I welcome 100% I'm not really a return a person but that is the best so big UPS to Macy thank you

I've always shopped at the Macys in Valley Stream as it's closest to me. I lostly do the ship to store method as I find better deals online than in store most times. My recent visit I went to pickup my online order here and it was a seamless experience. They now have new location on the main floor by the handbags department to pick up online order. Much better than before where zi had to get on several escalators.

I bought a Vera Bradley bag over a year ago and the bag still going strong.i love the variety it's always fun shopping there.

Terrible with zero customer service etiquette. The staff at the" At your service" were an absolute joke.serious training is needed.

I would tell my self ok I’m gonna pick up 2 items.reach to the clearance isle and my trolley is full

Store is really pricey. Even with the sales, it's still pricey but overall if you are looking for something nice to wear you should find it there

Convenient, huge department store sectionalized by designer etc with many items to include clothing, handbag, face products, luggage and household selections. I also pay my bill during shopping and love to find nice markdowns. Nice place to shop.

Went to Green Acre Valley stream in Michael Kors, customer service woman has no courtesy for help evrn when i was buying not a extra word came out, look like its too much of work for her, only ask for if i have Macy card

Couldn't find what I wanted, but sales lady sent me to a store she knew had what I wanted. What a lovely lady. Wish I could remember her name.

Great atmosphere, has good quality stuff like bed sets, pillows, pots, dishes, shoes, clothing, etc. Leads right into the mall as well.

The men section is on the other side of the wall, it's the silliest thing I've ever seen very inconvenient. There also isn't a lot of Polo options for infants. The cashiers literally ignored me and had me waiting while they talked about who was going to take a break next and what their personal plans was for the day, zero sense of urgency.

Macys is my go to for any and everything. The quality is my favorite thing about Macy's. Never any complaints. 9 years after and I'm still happily wearing clothes from them
