Great place to shop with many different types of shops. Near public transportation and parking is available with a fee.

Store looks run down. It's a mess. I had not been there in about a year and this made me sad to see.

Oh Macy's, so many good memories, and also some pain! Strayed away from lot of major retailer's for different reasons to return because I needed something made out of cotton for a change & not some unknown material. Found a few items digging around, and there were actually a lot of people out. City trying to revive after this Hellish pandemic. Few good holiday discounts, and painfully long, slow lines. If you need cotton instead of materials found at TJMAXX, Burlington, and Marshall's - it's worth a try.

Anyone have any idea how long Macy's take to give my order? I order something on pre-sale purchase. It's been 1 month. They say in 3 weeks they will call me to pick up my order. It's been 1 month no body call me yet. I have been trying to contact with them but no one pick my call. Macy's what's going on.

Great products and stock. Not so great in having enough cashiers open. Must have been on line waiting at the home section for about 30 minutes. Only 1 cash register with 2 very slow cashiers open on that whole floor. Im hoping it's just because today is a holiday. Also, prices shown online don't match with what they charge you at store. This slowed down my checkout even more because the cashier had to search the website and adjust the price. Also, very annoying how the cashier asked me 3x to apply for the credit card after I specifically said no.

I had placed an order to be picked up. The line was short. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I did think there was too many people in the one department but I just walked through and left. Everyone had masks on.

There was an older gentleman name George in the men department that was the absolute best.he helped me from beginning to end and recommended some clothes and styles for me.excellent work George!

Macy's is always a busy shopping center, bargain, bargain, and bargain, shoppers take the opportunity, cause there isn't a next time.

This place has everything clothes, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics, kitchen appliances, mattress, and more. This is where I would like to shop, spend, and save right here.

I will never shop on line st Macy's again. It's unfortunate that a store with such a long history has deteriorated so much.

The sales person was so helpful I was dreading to go buy a suite they made it easy and I took advantage of a great sale the gentleman at checkout was so pleasant I really enjoyed this experience ty Macy's and your wonderful staff

Salespeople on the floors not always easy to find, but very pleasant and helpful when they're available. Use Macy's credit card to enable significant discounts, know HOW to shop the store. In my experience, clothing and housewares quality are superior to other stores, good prices if you work the sales events. Readily recommended to smart shoppers!

They should really hire new staff, everyone working there seems so incredibly tense and unfriendly.no one wants to help anyone, nor does it seem they like their job.giving 1 star, the staff in the men's department seem to profile people and are not even ashamed by it by speaking in a loud tone right in front you.

Nice store but the customer service wasn't great it was my first time in the store so of course I dont know where everything is workers looked none interested in giving any help even though they clearly weren't doing much

Follows the Herald Square tradition of heavily inflated prices so the sales merely take the prices down to the slightly inflated level. S'ok for a mall department store if you like that kind of thing.

My wife bought a time pice for me. I didn't liked so, we returned. This happened 3 months ago and still no refunded.

If this thing had "0" zero stars I would have gave it to them. This is one of the most terrible if not the worst Macy's I have EVER BEEN TOO! From the managers Rosa (Channel fragrance Department) to Vanessa (Men's Department and another Spanish Pregnant one, to Regina & the rest of there unprofessional, rude, non customer service behinds. My business they will not get again. This store complete garbage.

Staff in watch area was very unfriendly! It look like she was forced to work there! Never going back there again!
