Macy's, Buffalo NY

Went to Macy's for a pair of men's shoes beautiful selection very helpful associate found just what I was looking for great place if you're looking give it a shot

Was in search of a baby shower dress for my daughter. It's her first baby, my first grandchild. She is very picky. We were able to find a beautiful dress and it was 30 percent off. Wonderful customer service.

Perfume and having a mask on still causes headaches. They really need to put an end to having all that directly centered in the stores! Its concerning especially for people with underlining conditions.

The store has a lot to offer and has great deals but cashier was a bit rude and didn't wanna honor a coupon that was issued by the mall and made alot of excuses.

This store is filthy and crowded I wish they never would have closed either the Eastern hills or McKinley Mall locations they were always neat and clean and you could walk around and find items you want also they did not have a lot of regular size items they had a lot of full figure at a lot of petites I have a lot of junior very disappointing That's why I don't go there anymore unless I absolutely have to

Alwaya a good shopping experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. And there is a lot to shop for. Plenty of sales and discounted items and lots of inventory. Store is very neat and tidy and things are easy to find. Plenty of parking available. The store is generally empty so there is a lot of room to move around. Will return for sure!

Came to buy prom dresses. It was a great experience. Wide selection to choose from. We found what we were looking for

This was a massive store. I could not imagine ever wanting a single thing that I could not find here. The employees were all helpful, although there didn't seem to be as many as the size would demand. This was a lovely place

You can find a lot, on quality with the right price. The commercial center around offers a lot of brands. Easy to find and to park

I have a choice between the location in Erie and Cheektowaga. I go to Cheektowaga because the store is much bigger. The plus size selections are therefore more varied. Also their special occasion section is great because there are no such stores in my county. All the latest styles. They also have nice clearance sales if you don't mind last season's fashion.

Store was a disaster. Clothing laying all over the floor, in many departments. Who wants to purchase things that were stepped all over by people.
Staff is not that friendly. Wouldn't even give a star if not required

Always love shopping at galleria Macy's because they have the best selection of plus size women's clothing.

They had a good collection and great sale during NY eve! Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein clothes in abundance.

Upgrade of JC Penny Store, better choices for clothing and better quality men's suits. Plenty choice of fragrance for men & women's.

Very helpful staff in both the perfume and the clothing department. Helped me get a nice gift for my wife and found some coupons for me to use. Great experience.

Nice store, large layout. But there's no one there to assist you. Basically your walking aimlessly throughout the store. Would no be going there again.

Disappointing.the Levys rep. Convinced me to buy a different pair of Jean's that were way to short.
The Macy's salespersons at the register didn't know how to do her job for returns with a receipt and had to call a different gentleman to help. It took 20 minutes. Now I get to go back again.
