Janet provided EXCELLENT customer service. She was so kind and patient. We invested in a Hotel Collection mattress on a Black Friday sale and we are so happy with our purchase! Definitely recommend!

This place is hit or miss on the furniture bought several pieces here can be expensive for rental house furniture

Provide multiple furniture. There is a mattress section, carpet gallery, clearance center, etc. In addition, there are room diplsplaying how the furniture looks all together.

I have been a customer of Macys for 50 years. I’ve which approximate the last 10 I have been purchasing my mattresses from Macy’s in Carle Pl. David, who is the store manager is by far the best store manager that I have ever dealt with in the past 50 years. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable, follows up, and knows his product inside and out. In the mattress department he has a great staff, one is probably better than the other.it just so happens. I wound up working with John the past two times and he has been an incredible asset to the store to say the least. I must say David does choose the best people for the job. John and David both follow up and they do not play any games with their customers. I highly recommend that you go nowhere else, because when it comes to service other stores, you’re going to say no when David says yes. I have seen it and vouch for it. Have a shop nowhere else. Good luck. I will also be writing a review for the store, and these two gentlemen to the CEO of Macys corporate.

We moved out of the area a couple of years ago and had trouble finding furniture. (Regretted selling so much of ours with the house.) Had occasion to return for a family event and are very happy that we made time to shop here (as it was where we had purchased many of our things when we lived there). Found the couch we had been searching for and a complete bedroom set for the guest room.

Terrible service, delivery company damaged walls and furniture, they replaced it but it came back with a horrendous odor that took years to fade. Terrible people!

Lots of options. Items in good condition. Prices are comparable to online furniture outlets. Bring your uhaul or truck and friends willing to help move your items. They deliver with a fee by the piece.

Rick was kind and helpful! He helped me pick a mattress that I was happy with, and 2 team members put it in my car for me!

Today we walked in looking for a rug and had the pleasure of being helped by Amin. He was so patient with us lifting rug after rug, providing us with information on polyester vs.polypropylene rugs with a smile on his face. Although we didn’t find our preferred rug, we will definitely be back when we receive such kind customer service. Thanks, Amin!

Relatively wide selection of furniture but limited to large format pieces for bigger homes and houses, almost none if you're shopping for apartment sized units. Clearance center items are extremely distressed, not worth wading through, more akin to garage sale furniture.

The people who work there are rude especially in clearance center and talk down on you like you are buying the furniture for free. Please relax your staff and talk with customers with respect otherwise i know how to fix you guys. Very disappointing to see this.

I'm very sadden how the decline in products yet the prices have increased DRASTICALLY! They've supplied my home with AMAZING furniture over the years! They no longer have bed furniture, lamps, just tons of mattresses! Long wait time, OMG! The selection no longer makes this establishment a "Stand Out"!

I couldn't believe how big this store was! Lots to look at for any room in the house. We got help from Michael - he was great!

It’s annoying that you cannot call the number listed and get the store. You’re routed to a customer service call center overseas and they are confused.

My sales person was great. He introduced himself and let us look around. Another salesman tried to move in an we brushed him off. When we were ready our salesman helped up.

Understand that this is an outlet. Not everything is in great condition, but if you take the time to look through you may find really good items. The customer service is lacking, however it’s an outlet so it is what it is. They aren’t mean, just not super attentive. I purchased a queen size Stearns and Foster mattress that was practically brand new for $399 compared to brand new for $1400. If you purchase a mattress you have the option to buy a box spring for $1.
