Had a great experience there with a salesman who really knew his stuff and was able to find pricing that we didn't even see online.

We were looking at mattresses. We had a wonderful sales person who not only gave us a good education but did not pressure us to buy.

We’ve been waiting since January for furniture the salesman said was in stock and that it would be delivered in two weeks.finally the day comes for delivery in may and they show up with only one piece. Not too impressed!

NOTHING IN STOCK. AVAILABLE AFTER ONE MONTH.

The worst Macy’s ever! Tried 3 days in a row to get a bed but no customer service help. Everyone just sits and the back and ignores you. Even spoke with the manager about getting some help, but she didn’t care she was in a rush to get lunch.

Absolutely horrible dealing with Macy’s do not buy anything from here. We purchased a couch in February with a citi card. A week before the couch is to be delivered Macy’s calls and states they are not accepting any Citi cards because it doesn’t work with their system and we would need to open a Macy’s card. Absolute scam. They then told us we had to wait over a month for the couch if we wanted to use a different card. I tried to contact a manager multiple times and received no phone call back. The sales associate who I purchased the couch from never even called us to let us know the couch was available.

My wife and I were running aroumd all day yesterday looking for a dining room set in route 110 in Farmingdale and was treated very badly in the other stores by a bunch of hungry salesman looking for a sale. So my wife and I went to macys clearance furniture in carle place and was greeted by a salesman by the name of Yanni, and Yanni gave me and my wife full 100% attention and was on point with the prices and delivery charges and also the schedule on delivery and he was very patient with us and very kind and understandable. Yanni gave us a great experience in the store and didn't take up all our time and the transaction went smoothly. I highly reccomend macys furniture in carle place and to talk to yanni if you ever need service. Also I'm gonna buy some of macys stocks as well. You guys are doing great in the market.

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM MACYS! They have been lying about their expected delivery dates. My partner and I ordered our couch and bed set in DECEMBER with an expected delivery date in February. It is now April and both our couch and furniture set have been delayed multiple times, with expected delivery now in MAY. I don't even trust that our furniture will arrive in May. What's more is that Macy's customer service has not been understanding at all regarding how frustrating this has been. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on furniture and they have only offered us a couple hundred dollars back. For a delay of FIVE MONTHS - probably more. This is unacceptable to me from a large company like Macy's. If they had been honest about their perspective delivery dates - we would never have ordered with them in the first place. They clearly don't value their customers at all, and I have completely lost my trust in the company. I will be telling everyone I know.

Ok selection. Staff not particularly warm, but overall helpful.

Great items in the clearance area, didnt find things that fit my needs though.

In the search of the perfect sectional my quest began here. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Marcia. She was extremely knowledgeable but just as important, personable and patient. While I did my due diligence and checked out about another ten store, none of the other sales associates came close to the passion and understanding that Marcia had. And for the most part, the quality also couldn't compare. So if you're shopping for furniture let Marcia assist you in finding the perfect piece. They also have a clearance area in the back of the store, where prices a marked down to sell.

Macy's never disappoints. Great selection, very attentive sales staff. I highly recommend Macy's Furniture Gallery.
