The customer service was great. I came in with a vape mod I had bought from somewhere else that was defective. Liam and the manager Joe were very helpful in finding a new one and said they offered a 30 day warranty if I had any issues.

Great staff, very helpful, you should get in line at the register if you need assistance! I went in before father's day for cigars with a coupon for a % off and free cigar cutter. They helped me find some awesome cigars and told me to keep the coupon for next time! My Cuban boyfriend loved the cigars!

There’s three guys working in the store and it takes two guys to help out one person. The guys are so rude and ridiculous. Completely dislike my experience and will never be going back.

Extremely helpful, engaging, amazing selection, great prices. I came in from out of town with some odd requests and they were facilitative even though I was a low-ball customer.once they knew I was out of town they were quick suggest local things to do a few of which turned out to be pretty awesome. If I lived in Rochester I would spend a lot of money at this store. They're parking kind of sucked but oh well you need it they got it and are more than willing to help!

Great place to find amazing glass from LOCAL Rochester artists! Their CBD selection is great and they have kratom as well. Parking is a little difficult at times but worth finding a spot. They always seem to have what I'm looking for even if you don't see it right away. I won't be able to make it for 4/20 but I'd do anything to make it! GO CHECK THEM OUT!

Best smoke shop in Monroe county hands down. The 5 star savings APP is the cherry on top. Lowest prices in Rochester with quality CBD and Vape products. Kratom is highest quality and cheap for a head shop compared to the competitors, I wish they displayed all of their Kratom products closer to where I can see them all. I won't demote 1 star for that bc customer service is the best!

I always find them to be very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out a cigar. They have tons of things to look at so it would be easy to get lost if you didn't have someone to help you unless you really know what you're looking for. I do recommend them.
