My experience with Dr. Raj was amazing. He is truly compassionate and took the time to listen to me and had such a great bed side manner. I was very uncomfortable and in pain and he felt so bad for me. I didn't feel as if I was just a number. The staff was just as sweet and compassionate as the doctor. When I called I first spoke to Devina and omg this lady was a true angel! She took time to listen to my history and reasons why i needed to see dr Raj. She put me on hold right away and spoke to the dr and he told her to squeeze me in the schedule for that same day. The medical Assistance are amazing Especially Theresa, they are just so sweet and treat you like if you are they family. I called my GYN right away and told her how awesome this practice was and she will now be referring patients to him. I continue to go to Dr. Raj and till this Day Him and staff always seem to amaze me. Thank you so much!

The staff in Dr Raj office needed to get their act together coz they made a fool out of people in pain Why would you said you accepted the insurance, and gave oppointment after an hour of waiting to see the doctor and he request MRI, get note from previous DR and a letter to get pain meds. I agree for all request after we came home fifteen minutes after I got a call that he doesnt accepted my type of insurance. How could you not know that you accepted that policy before when you took all information before going to oppointment. That's wrong of the Dr Raj to have his staff that doesnt know his insurance that he is taking after one visit. I wouldn't recommended anyone to go there.

Walked in trying to make an appointment. I was in a lot of pain. The front desk and the nurses were wonderful. The Doctor, however, was very cold. Absolutely no empathy. For a Doctor who does pain management, it was quite shocking. I am not sure what all the hype is about with this Doctor. No wonder they were able to see me within 20 minutes.

Thank you to Dr. Raj and all his staff I have been seeing him for about two years now due to back problems and he has treated me. He is one of the best doctors I have seen in my entire life he treats you as a patient not a number. He has the best bed side manner. All of the staff is awesome they treat you so nicely with respect. I have always been able to fit in if I’m late and they call me if I can come in early it’s so nice. He takes his time when ever you are in his office. And I love the fact that is they are finished for the day and you call it’s not a emergency answering service it’s the doctor himself and he doesn’t tell you call back tomorrow he helps you. That is so personal. His office in Hempstead in convenient and clean and always on top of things his office manager and head nurse Davinna is so helpful and always asking you what you need If your ok always a great Bessie manner as well always helpful. I would recommend this office and doctor to anyone. He helps you and makes you feel a lot better always whenever I have a shot or other treatment it always helps me. I appreciate and actually enjoy going to the doctor and I usually hate doctors. Thank you Dr. Raj and your entire staff. I give them 10 stars if the website would let me

Doctor Raj is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He takes his time with you and Treats your pain to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend him to anybody in pain!

Office Staff Completely Incompetent. Made an appointment and gave them my insurance info. It was verified and I was told that they accepted my insurance. I get to the appointment and after an hour in the office I am told they do not take my plan. Dr. Raj did nothing to help, except say too bad. Wasted 2 hours of my morning that I lost at least $180 income as I am self-employed.

I have gone to Dr. Raj for 4-5 years and he is truly the most compassionate Dr. I have ever met. He takes time to listen to your problems and takes the time to try to find an answer. I have CRPS so there really is no answer but I.know he tries his best to help me get through my life of pain. His staff is great every single one of them and I have visited both of his offices. Divinna is like his right hand gal and she is so sweet and understanding. She'll always spend the time talking to you either on the phone or in person. I thank God I have found this wonderful man. If a Pain management Specialist is what you're in need of I would recommend Dr. Raj and his sraff 100%.
