Horrible customer service! We ordered from them about every 2 months for over a year and each time they created substitutes for the incense even though the order stated not to. The last time they did it we called trying to get what we ordered and they insisted I take MY TIME to go to the post office and return an order that THEY messed up! Im sure they only behave this way because of the African American customer base. I WONT SPEND ANOTHER DIME with them. Id rather pay more for competant and courteous business practice.

The customer service is poor. Like a person said before they seem partial to African Americans. To that end, I would find another store and spend your money where it is wanted. Also the oils are not like they used to be, they seem thinner.

The shop is well organized. There are variety of natural products to be bought including various butters, natural oils, soaps and incense. The really thoughtful thing is that you get a large reusable bag with your purchase. Don't be offended by the serious face you get with service. I think it is just a cultural difference. I would go back again.

I will do 3 out of 5. Their oils are diluted as all oil company’s are. The way around it is mixing them. Find another oil that matches what you have and mix them. Oh, the funny thing is, they send a sample of strong uncut oil to get you to like it but you can see the sample is WAY thicker than the oils you bought. However, they do good and fast service so I give 3 out of 5. Will be trying saveonscents.com next or Africa Imports

It a wonderful store, they have lot of great things and healthy creams and bath soaps, incense, perfume oils, incense oils, and lots of wonderful things, love it.

I really like Madina products since when l was a teenager l been buy my natural products from Madina and l really feels great when ever l use them. Am from West Africa #Ghana l let my friend go to madina and pick up my order and when she is calling to Ghana then she bring them. I really love the Egyptian musk and the African musk bodyoils and like their incense as well as the Frankincense and myrrh and the Barack Obama type l recommend Madina products to anyone who love Mother Nature to use their products thank you soo much Madina Industrial Corporation.

Excellent prices! I've been ordering from them for a couple of years now, and they have the best price for a bulk order of crystal deodorant and they ship expeditiously. I placed an order on Saturday and it arrived by Tuesday. You can't beat that.

One major draw back for me: everything you order arrives smelling like a mixture of incense and body oils. I fully understand that the store sells tons of these items but the box, packing paper, receipt, the plastic bags items are shipped in are saturated with this smell that is so unpleasant to me.

I ordered a dozen bath sponges and the smell made me nauseous. If you like incense and certain body oils, it may not bother you. I threw them in the washing machine with vinegar and baking soda hoping to eliminate the odor. No such luck, I had to throw them out. That smell was taking over everything in my linen closet! The silver lining: the price was so reasonable that I'm only mildly upset.

All in all, this store has a vast selection of products and good prices.

This salon has the most generous people that I met in Manhattan Madina and others are very welcome to the salon and gives us comfort in the best way possible. They are very patient and very generous. I would come back again!

It is a very great place to find many natural items. Once you enter the store, you would feel like going everywhere. That is how much organized & clean they are. They have many different types of incenses to choose from. Their soap products are also one the best in NYC. Their goat milk soap & papaya soap is great to use for the skin. They then have a great collection of body oils to choose from. Each one is unique & you can not decide which one to choose from. They also have great Turkish frames, table decorations, & wide variety of Islamic books to choose from. Each one is the best at an affordable price.

The oils are subpar and cut, with the very cutting oil they sell.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! The last few visits is a thumbs down!
THEY NEED US, WE DONT NEED THEM.

The worst customer service that we have experienced. Curt and evasive to the subject at hand. Ordered 175.00 worth of body oils. Didn't receive the merchandise. They (Madina Industrial Corp) seems to be partial to African Americans, Moors, or People of Color ect.and that's not to our favor. Will not patronize Madina again. Never incurred this with Gold Star Oils, House of Nubian, or even Sunaroma.

The worst customer service in accounts receivable. Very rude and put the phone down and ignored me. He is insulting and ignorant. Argumentative and not helpful. Very upset with the company. I will not order from them again.

I was once a customer of Madina Industrial Corporation, but I was saddened due to the fact that they include many harmful ingredients in their body care products.

These ingredients include but are no limited too:
1. Fragrance
2. Triclocarban
3. Sodium Palmate
4. Tocopherol Acetate

I also emailed a representative from this company and requested the ingredients of their perfumed body oils and was declined this important information.

It looks like this company does not care about the well being of their customers and are keeping all ingredients a secret because the FDA has no idea ‍️

Not all ingredients are APPROVED by the FDA which is why many companies are able to get away with murder.

Please be aware everyone when purchasing products from companies whom will not disclose ALL ingredients used in the products they sell to you.

They sell great things here the shops the body oils the fragrances for home all good. Sadly the customer service is grossly lacking. I say thins meaning there's no appreciation for returning customers as well as for customers who purchase large quantities. No samples nothing.

I'm a soap maker and go there for their awesome Arabian Sandlewood oil, and they have great prices on their Mango butter- better than the supply companies online, as well as jars. It would be great if they sold Kokum butter and other butters and exotic carrier oils, but I'm very happy for what I can get there without having to shop online.

The customer service over the phone is very rude and disrespectful. Instead of praying 3 times a day, practice some self respect.
If you don't have any customer service skills get another occupation.
Secondly, the oils are watered down.
