Madison Dental, Albany NY

The receptionist are so rude & impatient. She hung up on me. Didn't pick up when I called back. I asked her if you ain't patience, give someone else who can deal then she hung on me. I admitted they were having the hard time to understand me since I was talking the staircase in office where I can talk loudly. If they can't deal with patients how they took that position I wonder.

I have had a denture from other doctors, yet this doctor is the best. He mad a perfect shaped fit nice denture for me. I can eat and talk with my confidence. He might be a quite doc but surely best skillful doctor I ever met. He save my life in a healthier way. Thx Doc. You are the best of best!

The worst customer service they have.
I needed to cancel an appointment because there was sudden death in my family and we had to rush and I gave a call because i didn't wanted to leave them on a hook. They were like you can never ever make an appointment again. I explained my situation and the receptionist was like you can never become a patient over here.
That's ridiculous!

Dentist was terrible- had to go to another to fix the tooth he filled. When he wasn’t yelling at his assistants, he did give me full attention just basically inept. His receptionist lacks the basic people skills of a rabid dog.

Christina was amazing! I have fear of the dentist but she calmed me and cleaned my teeth with %100 professional accuracy that I didn’t even know existed anymore. So glad I found Madison Dental

I'm a new patient. They were very nice, professional and fast. This is the absolute BEST experience I've ever had, and I'm 45 years old!

Chipped front tooth. Saved front tooth. I made an appointment Showed him and asked if he could put my tooth back in. He explained to me it may or not hold. Then I would need a crown put in.
I liked my options. I left the office happy with my original tooth back in and I am now having lunch at a restaurant. So far so good,

Lovely practice. Got me in and out quickly. The hygienist, Ravi, was super nice and answered all my questions. It was awesome to get my teeth cleaned on my first visit!

Read a lot of the reviews about the rude receptionist and possible racism in this office. It is very obvious they’re trying to clear people of color and anyone who is on medicaid. It’s the only explanation as to why the behavior of the front desk girl is not changing. She has a pass.

My hygienist Ravi was amazing, always very professional, good bedside manner and extremely friendly. Dr Indzonka is a man of few words but always polite and efficient.

I had an appointment earlier this year I called numerous of times but no one answered. I even left a message before on the line. So I called today and lady told me an appointment asked for my name but said no call no show months ago. She said take care and hung up on me. Wow rude and unprofessional. All for one call so now I got to make other arrangements smh.

So I called for an emergency extraction and when they asked for my insurance provider I told them Medicaid and they said “we don’t take Medicaid” but my friend literally goes there with Medicaid every six months! Basically they just shrugged me off and wouldn’t give me an appointment based on a lie. I think the guys name was actually the same as mine: “Jason”? Not sure but I asked and I could barley hear. But yeah, I’m still in pain. Got lied to and shoved off the phone.

Run! This is the worst dentist. They do not return your calls, they do not have emergency services. They do not listen to their patients!

Ok so i literally missed two appointments but i made sure to call and let them know that i could not make it because i am a single mother of a toddler, they decided to make an appointment for me without my knowledge! I called them didn’t even complain, i just said i could not make it in that day they said ok & decided to charge me 50$ cool. So i called again a month later and they told me they took me off the patients list. I’m so disappointed in them. I live close to them now i have to travel far out for someone to look into my mouth

Quick & easy, Medicaid friendly. I’ve seen a few reviews about racism. People of color out there don’t panic I went and everything was smooth. Not trying to invalidate anyone else’s experience but mine went well. I recommend:)

This was by far the worst most unprofessional dentist office I have ever been right from the rude receptionist to the old dirty equipment to the racist dentist and hygienist DONT GO HERE!

From the moment I walked through the door everything was great. Nice, clean & quiet waiting room. The dental experience itself was smooth.

Madison dentist is awesome the doctor that they have is great and the staff is too.if anyone ask about a dentist I would recommend Madison dentist
