Maestro Pasta, New York NY

Really cute place and enjoyed our visit. The cacio Pepe was awesome. The other dish we had was one of the ravioli with cherry tomato sauce and it was just ok. I would say it was a little over priced here, but you are coming for fresh ingredients, homemade pasta and a boutique experience.

Amazing team, Delivering authentic Italian food, half the price of comparable places, atmosphere was like being back in Italy. WE WILL RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND again …

Must be some sort of “discount for a 5” situation going on here - perfectly fine place but no way 500 reviews & a 4.8 makes sense, especially against NYC’s insane Italian scene

Pasta was fine, service was fine, everything was fine (pesto sauce was weirdly inedible - seems like the easiest one to not mess up?).

Cool inside, but does feel somewhat corporate planned (think “artesian pasta joint in a newly renovated airport”)

Would generally say coming here is a waste of an opportunity for an excellent Italian dinner elsewhere. But hey - everyone else seems to love it. What do I know.

Have you eaten many meals here including hosting a birthday dinner for 10 friends. Great ambience, incredible food, attentive service. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! The food, service and the aesthetic of the place is amazing! I recommend 10/10. The owner Alex was very friendly and attentive! Drive all the way to jersey to eat their pasta.

Came here high af it was some experience to live out, hands down the best italian food ive had so far.real great staff and mmmm delicious food.

Maestro Pasta was A+ in all ways! My kids (13 and 15) and I went last week while we were in New York. The pasta was fresh, the vibe was classy and fun, and the service was superb! This is an Italian restaurant - not an American Italian restaurant. The owner is wonderful - came to our table and talked to us - he's from Italy so this is the real deal! We will definitely go back the next time we are in NY. Delicious!

I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to Italian food and Italian restaurants, that's why I tend to avoid them. But when we talk about Maestro Pasta, we talk about a place that creates the perfect alchemy between good, simple Italian flavours, the warmth of a rustic but elegant location, and the jovial and sincere Italian hospitality. You need all three to make the experience "real". I won't list all the plates and wines and cocktails that we got. I'll just say that, for a couple of hours me and my wife felt like we were back to Italy.

Please do yourself a favor, whether you are a homesick Italian in New York, or you just love the authentic Italian flavours, try Maestro Pasta.

(Ps try torta fritta, they make it better than in Italy!)

Cannot recommend Maestro Pasta enough! All dishes were cooked to perfection and tasted phenomenal. We ordered the basil pesto pasta, the Bolognese pasta, and the caprese focaccia; each one was utterly delicious.

Would give it 4.5. Love the vibe and the food. A little pricier than I expected for the taste, but great over all. Service was good and they are newer so still figuring it out.

What a wonder little find in the village. Amazing decor, friendly staff, incredible food and wine! A must visit. Not to mention how they cleverly serve the pasta in cooking pans and have swings for seats

In store atmosphere is nice and cozy. The pasta however is not so special for the given prices.

The star of the show is not the sauce or the toppings, it’s the actual pasta that’s deliciously tasty. The pasta is cooked to perfection and it has such a distinct taste from all other pasta dishes I’ve had in the city. The pasta is made fresh to order every single time. This is a perfect location for a date with a loved one, or just to take yourself out after a long day at work. Try them out as soon as you can. 10/10
