They are as magic as the name suggests. Will fix anything within reason, and be sweet about it.

Took a little while but did an excellent job replacing a band and a crystal on two watches of mine, and for a very reasonable price.

Came in with a purse that had a broken grommet and they fixed it cheaply within a few minutes. They didn't have a match which was a bummer (I could have ordered one but i was in a rush!) but I'm travelling and wanted a quick fix. The price was right and you just cannot beat the speed. Will absolutely return for simple repairs and more.

I accidentally dropped my Citizen watch and the table inside the watch fell off. I went to Magic Joe's for help and they had restored my watch back to life!
