Danielle and Kaitlyn were very respectful of the fact that while they were at the house I was working at home. Normally I can do the housework but I had just had knee replacement surgery and getting around is tough, so they made my kitchen appliances sparkle more then they ever did! They did a great job, and the house was a mess, I hate to admit it, but when you are in pain things tend to not get done!

Katie and Josh did an amazing job with out house. Our bathrooms and kitchen sparkled! It was wonderful to have them help out.

We have used Maidpro for over a year now. We are very happy with the service they give us. Our cleaner, Beth, is excellent. She is on time and does a very thorough job at cleaning our house. She is very trustworthy and honest. We can honestly recommend their service for your cleaning needs.

Lauren and Josh were amazing! Friendly, thorough, and left my house looking great! I was so pleased with the service and excite to have found MaidPro. From the first call to set up service to the day of cleaning, everything was awesome!

We have been using Maid Pro now for several years and have always been happy with their service. Their staff is prompt, careful and we've been lucky enough to have the same person each time, which is nice. Currently Lauren is doing a wonderful job for us.

Maidpro has not come to do the job we are scheduled to have done on a biweekly basis 2 of the last 4 scheduled times. They do not have enough people to cover call ins when an employee does not show up so they are just skipping scheduled cleanings, my home included.

My wife gave birth on 11-3-2021. That means that when she was 8.5 months pregnant with a toddler at home and then again when she had a 1 week old to care for the company that we paid to have our home cleaned by, at the most important time possible did not do what we hired them for. As of the cancellation this Tuesday we were told we would have someone call back to try and schedule a cleaning and a week later noone has contacted us.

There is a waiting list for this service so I signed up in March for the first availability which was May. I did this to ensure we had someone doing the job when my wife was ready to give birth and had a new born, the times we needed this service the most. I have paid this very expensive service since May 2021 specifically to ensure that right now we have the help we needed and we are not receiving it. We really did not need the last 6 months of this bill but i was willing to pay for it throughout that time fram to ensure that right now when my wife needs to be home, resting and caring for a new born she has 0 stress at all about the cleanliness of our home. Not only is that not the case she has added stress from this service not doing their jobs and not communicating. A few weeks back they cancelled on us as well while my wife was 35 weeks pregnant and immobile. She did not vaccuum or clean anything she anticipated our service covering on purpose and then they cancelled. When i contacted MaidPro saying it is unacceptable they offered to clean our home 11 days later which would be a couple days before our next scheduled cleaning.
It was pointless to pay to have d the same service done 2x in 3 days.

This company is understaffed, overbooked and very well may be overwhelmed right now. They should not be taking new clients right now as they cannot service their current ones.

I am more than pleased with the quality of service I have received from Maid Pro. Both Beth and Alissa have cleaned my home and done so with care and detailed attention. Their pleasant demeanor and respect for domestic items is very much appreciated.

Karry & Gabrielle did a fantastic job. I am thrilled with how clean my house came out. They were on time and very thorough. I also love that they are great with my dogs. Highly recommend MaidPro and Karry & Gabrielle

Please be aware of using their service. We had used their move in clean service and they estimated around $400 and we were okay with it. She even said that the estimate is at the higher end. She even promised to do the partial basement. This was an empty house with brand new carpets, brand new toilets, brand new light fixtures, brand new vanities, tiling, etc. There was no furniture in the house. They sent 2 ladies who could not get 30% of the job done in 4 hours. My wife called the owner to report the status immediately within 2 hours because we felt they were not planning to complete the job. She said we charge hourly. We waited for 2 hours to see if they would complete and they were not even close. We immediately asked them to stop and leave as their service was not satisfactory. Her own employees were complaining about the owner and how they had made big mistakes in the past. She charged us 448.59 for completing 30% of job. These people are not professional but just a RIP OFF! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
