Main Street Radiology, Queens NY

In for a CT scan where they inject something in makes me feel warm. Amazingly short time to actually complete the scan. I was also amazed that they had a gown for me to wear which actually fit. Why was I amazed that it fit? It was super large and I'm super large at 6'7 and 310 lb so most of the gowns I've been given in the past. Have seemed to be super small. Like made for munchkins. For the actual CT scan it was different. I went in feet first which I found to be unusual. I'm not claustrophobic but my wife is and she has problems going in headfirst for CAT scan or CT scan. I don't but just found it refreshing to go and feed first.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
A definite five star place!

I just have to say wow! This location for Main Street Radiology is one of the best branches in my opinion. The front desk is super on point and knowledgeable. They ended up calling me before I even had to call them for questions and they provided additional information on what I need and answered all of my concerns. They even chased my mom’s clinics to grab further information and did not ask me to do additional work by calling my moms clinic for this info (which some clinics do to reduce their own work load). I appreciate this branch for Main Street Radiology and I would recommend anyone who has family or needs to do biopsy’s here. Nurse Jackie is super friendly, kind and very patient. She’s great!

Abosolute scam. Confirmed with the office I would not have any charges or deductible for the visit. Then few weeks later I get 598$ bill. Now the billing keeping delaying me and manager has never reached me back. Absolutely disappointed how people are taken advantage off

MSR needs to provide patients with clear written preparation protocol before a procedure when an appointment is scheduled. This can be sent through email or in person. Case in point, MSR radiologist/nurse or technician provided the information verbally upon patient’s request which was the opposite of what the preregistration reminder stated.
This was confusing and highly worrisome especially that our health is at stake.

Main Street Radiology at Cooper Ave is a great always clean, friendly staff and waiting time is limited. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

This office is all you could ask for- clean, comfortable, professional, friendly, short waiting times, helpful front-end staff and great technicians.

Let's start at the front desk. Your staff is so welcoming and comforting. The check-in process is really fast and they are helpful with it. You're facility is beautiful! And your radiologist are wonderful. I would recommend main Street radiology to anyone who is nervous about having a mammogram or any other procedure.

The Phlebotomist (blood draw) person is always perfectly aimed. I am a difficult stick, hard to find my veins and they move. They always get me on the first stick and I never have a bruise. Amazing. I have really suffered at other free standing places and even hospitals. I get an MRI with contrast 4 times a year. I no longer have any anxiety about the IV stick. The MRI is open at the end of the tube, if that worries you, but I get so relaxed that I can fall asleep. Clean and competent. I go to the Glendale location.

Place is very nice and clean. People are very professional and nice. Very comfortable atmosphere.
