Worst place for a car wash. People got an attitude for the worst reasons! If you don’t like your job get another. A man who works there by the name of Oscar is the person I’m talking about excuse my language but he was the biggest A HOLE for no reason. I can see why this place has such bad reviews and I should’ve listened before coming. Beware

The services that I received at Majestic Auto Spa left me absolutely dissatisfied. They charged me $40 - already a steep price - for a terrible wash that took them a total of 10 minutes. They left the entire interior of the car basically how it came - it was left covered in streaks, dirt all over the floor (even though I paid for a shampooing) and the seats, and even left a piece of the car on the seat (a plastic piece from one of the seats) and refused to acknowledge where it came from or fix it. When I asked the hand washers to please come back and finish the job, they barely made any improvements in a manner of just ten seconds and left. Felt extremely disrespected by the washers and dissatisfied by the quality of the wash here.

Avoid this place at all costs!

I hate giving one star reviews but I felt it was necessary here.

I’ve gotten a few full car washes here.

In the past it cost maybe $45-$50 at most.

Today (a week before Passover) they told me it would be over $80 “because they have to use a special chemical. ”

I’m done with this place.

Be honest.

$35 for this? Clearly the car came out with dry soap and dirt and when I told the guy up front, he said "that is not dirt we can't do anything about that. " O-K.

I had the exterior of my car detailed. They did a wonderful job. Small scratches were buffed out and the car shines like new. I have always been happy with their car wash service but now I can highly recommend their detailing as well!

Come here only if you want them to scratch your car with the dirty rags that they use. Completely unprofessional.

Car comes out amazing And they give you a rain check for a couple days just in case it rains

Went there in January for a complete detail, not sure if exterior was waxed but interior was not done properly. Called and spoke to owner who told me to come back. Finally, had the chance to do so yesterday, May 1, and got a VIP on the house. While this was nice of him I will not go back. Job should have been done properly the first time.

The owner/manager did a poor job cleaning my elderly mother's car. When she asked him to be more thorough, he told her no and said (this is an exact quote) "If you don't like it, don't come back here. " Needless to say, she won't. Neither will I. Neither will any of our friends or family and neither should you. Jerk.

My car actually had garbage that I didn't originally have in my car when I got into it. I paid for full service which includes interior vaccuming and yet my cup holders and front tray still had crumbs in it. I will not be returning to this car wash.

Expensive price for a mediocre wash. I paid $25.for a wash, the floors of my car was vacuumed but the seats were not vacuumed or even wiped.

Worst “car wash” I’ve EVER had! I told them that although I don’t want a full detailing, I want the car to be very clean—vacuuming, cleaning out Cupholders, storage bins, etc.

$29 and less than 10 minutes later, they returned the car to me. I wouldn’t even call this a half-a** job, this is unacceptable.

I returned to them and they were less than accommodating and very unpleasant.

I RARELY complain, and in most cases I wouldn’t have even went back, but this was just an awful attempt at a job.

I got my car detailed here ago two weeks ago and service was very poor. Before they tried to remove the strains out of my car, Ed was telling me that the strain can’t be removed, therefore I told him to try and the strains came out! Ed left a small dent in my car door and he kept on shamming my car door! On top of all that Ed wife is extremely RUDE and doesn’t apply her customer service skills at all! Personally I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone! This place is very expensive I paid $190 for detailing.
