My daughter attends the U. S. Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS) and was home in Hawaii for the holidays. Due to the long flight from Honolulu to Newark, I decided to arrange transportation for my daughter and her fellow candidate cadet with a ride from EWR to West Point. Upon my research of transportation companies affiliated with USMA, I found Majestic Transportation Services listed and saw that they had high reviews on Yelp.

I went ahead and submitted a quote request on the Majestic Transportation Services site and immediately received a response. They provided me a detailed invoice of the quote and booked them shortly after. As the time was coming near for my daughter to depart, I was monitoring potential flight delays and just in case, called their toll-free customer service line to confirm my reservation and the flight information.

The gentleman who answered was so professional, confirmed that they received my request and flight information and was tracking their arrival. And on the day of her departure, we received a notification that the flight was delayed and had my daughter contact them again to ensure they were tracking. Once again, they provided outstanding service and peace of mind that they would be there after they arrived at EWR.

After a few minutes from arriving to EWR, my daughter texted me to say that she and her fellow battle buddy were picked up by Asghar. She said that he was courteous, professional and treated them with VIP status. The ride to West Point after a long flight was relaxing and Asghar made them feel comfortable throughout the entire time.

Was able to make my an inquiry online and receive a quote in advance for a party of 5 going to JFK Airport. Was then able to complete transaction online. Day before trip received an email reminder. Driver showed up on time for a Monday 7: 30am departure and was professional in every respect. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent service to and from LGA. There was a baggage issue upon arrival, car was waiting and I was in constant touch with driver, no hassle about waiting. When we finally got bags[hour later] walked out door and car waiting. I've used this service for years never disappointed.

We used majestic for our wedding and the service was great. Ahmed was on time, dressed in a suit and tie, and the limo was clean. To top it off, my now wife, received a phone call that the red lobster biscuits we ordered had not been delivered to the venue. Ahmed dropped us off to the church and picked up the biscuits for us. He went above and beyond.

I only have wonderful things to say about Majestic Transportation. Michael was our driver. He was terrific!
