Been using Major energy supplier for 9 months now without any problems. Customer service has been courtesy with little or no delay over the phone. Assisted me with two reward rebates as a customer.

Pennsylvania's most credible electric service provider pricing option for our area. We're grateful to have this contract in 2023!

Electricity is fine, but customer service is very poor. I was promised when I signed up with them I would receive $50 card after the first month of service if I sent in the form with my PPL bill which I did. Then after they received it I would receive another $50. I did not receive the first $50 until I made two calls to them. I still have not received the second $50.

This is a quality company. I have had no problems at all, wonderful experience with them, I would recommend them to others as their electric supplier.

We got a great rate from Major Energy, better than other companies and Met-Ed. I like that we were locked into our great rate and there’s no cancellation fees if I need to cancel. The switch was easy and quick.

Although employees have been fine, the company 1) lied about their utilities being cheaper (they are more expensive than the utility companies themselves) 2) breached contract multiple times and 3) make it incredibly difficult to cancel service. They lost a lawsuit in NY for illegal practices for a reason. DO NOT CHOOSE MAJOR ENERGY AS A PROVIDER, I regret even initially agreeing to their services.
