Just got a new new Grand Cherokee at Major World. It's the best experience ever purchasing a car. Thank you Carl. Really appreciate the great service.

Called to ask about a vehicle advertised on their website. A manager confirmed it's availability. Went specially there, while it was an hour out of my way, only to find out that that vehicle was a salvaged one and was lying with them for 2 to 3 years! The ad did not mention any of this and nor did the manager I spoke to!

Then saw another vehicle which I liked and asked about Carfax report, to which the manager said it costs $40 (a lie since they already have it) and they will run it once I final the vehicle with the finance guy. I almost finalized the car, but refused to fill the loan application without seeing the carfax report. The report showed the car had been in a major front collision accident! I had no choice but to walk out.

This is one of the worst car dealership! Bought a new Jeep Wrangler 2018 and had so much problems every time I took it to fix they always messed up something else!

I just got my car back from being serviced Friday September 17,2021 11am. By Saturday September 18,2021 10: 30pm my car started smoking and leaking fluids. I sent my car in to be fixed for one issue and it came back with a whole new problem.

Vaughn Dean was extremely helpful, patient and answered every question we had. He is very knowledgeable with his job. We are grateful and we’re very satisfied with him!

Edit: I see that the “owner” replied to my original review. My aforementioned review will remain the same. Major World is the WORST dealership I’ve dealt with. Please don’t bother with this place.
