Malden Travel Plaza, Saugerties NY

Prices are way too high here the bathrooms are always dirty and it's very disappointing because I see tons of people that work there just standing around

It was a good rest spot. Not a whole lot of options fir food but there were a few. Outdoor seating was nice and relaxing as a pit stop. There were some local farmers and companies that were selling products.

Nice travel plaza with the overpriced items as expected. Polite staff members. Clean and neat appearance.

Very clean and friendly staff. They have a big seating area inside where you can even set up for a quick work session.looked like my desk for a second lol.

I am giving this location 3 stars, mainly because it wasn't clean. With kids its always tough to get them to go in a bathroom that is not at home. Now try to make them go in a bathroom that jam packed and dirty. It makes it that much more difficult. I may be too judgmental on this, however personally feel these stops have become geared more toward businesses and less about the traveler. That's the only reason for the 3 stars, the businesses inside were nice and staffed. But man the bathrooms.

Mooreen was very unprofessional. I was asking if they sold face mask she yelled at me and swatted at me as if I was an animal. She was Very rude and had terrible customer service. Didn’t have a name tag on and when asked her name she tried to ignore me. I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow.

On a bus trip from PA. Stopped here for lunch. Where do I even begin? An employee was smoking right at the entrance, trash cans overflowing, tables unkempt, good gross, bathroom disgusting.

Busy rest stop with good selection of grab and go stuff and food. Bathrooms are ok for the volume of traffic that pass through.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The manager of the Deli was very aggressive and mean to us. She gave us the wrong charger and refused to take it back. Accused of us knowing it was wrong when we purchased it! She was very rude! Have some respect! Thanks for ruining our day for no reason!

Hip hip hooray for rest stops that are open 24 hours with clean water, clean rest rooms, WiFi, food and drink. Gas staion.

Most dated rest stop I have visited along the NYS Thruway. Had the worst wrap ever at Savella's, extremely overpriced for the cheap ingredients (pasty tortilla, almost unrecognizable processed turkey loaf product, premade guacamole and salsa for 9 bucks). Prices at the café are insane ($4.50 for a scoop of Italian ice the size of a ping pong ball, really? !). I'll stop there again only when I'm about to explode, and not to eat.

I swear must be one of the worst food plaza that I've ever been. Dry old pizza $3.99. Old Pastrami in a brick bread $12.99 with drink. Some of the actitude of these people while bring the worst in you.

This Travel Plaza quite possibly has the rudest slowest worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It's not that it's been bad once or twice I've been here over 20 times and every time the service is the same. I complain to the owner of this franchise and the manager and neither one of them have done anything about it. To top it off they serve cold food.

I give the plaza three stars because the bathrooms are clean.

Stalls in the men's room were dirty. One didn't even have a working lock on the door. Naturally this one was clean because no one used it. I desperately had to go, so I improvised a latching mechanism so no one would walk in on me while I sat on the toilet

Lots of parking and of course fuel priced a bit on the high side as is typical for service areas. Appears only the McDonald's is 24 hours.

Got to grab some food & use the bathroom during my road trip taking my son to school. Nice options

This is a typical nys Thruway travel plaza it is clean and appears to be well tended to some of the food service facilities may not be 24 hrs available.

The lady at the deli was as rude as they get.
Would not give me any dressing for my sandwich, because one of the 100 containers sitting in front of her were not for "dressing". Customer service is #1 with me, i will never eat here again. McDonald's it is next time. If i had 3 thumbs, they would all be down.

Its not a great place. Its dirty, McDonald's taste nasty, and the gift shop/deli is a horrible place. The manager is very mean to most of the customers.
