Dominican Restaurant Malecon reviews
20The food was on point today, although they forgot to serve us bread. I had oxtails and Yello rice with black beans it was great!
Good place, very good prices, excellent service.
You have to visit the restaurant, great food, good attention, you won't regret it.
My visit was on May 2021
Arroz and Gondulez are type trash. It’s not yellow like it usually is. This place makes it a weird color.
Warm family restaurant, decent service and food. Gotta be honest, Mexican food seems to have more going on. Dominican food is plainer, with less sauce. They never heard of salsa here. The roast chicken was our favorite, a real winner.
Such dry chicken at at this Malecon. Luckily we had Modongo soup so I could soak it in the liquid from the soup. But the 3 ROACHES that joined US was just way too much! Yes seriously roaches!
Usually good service but.another. Customer had to remind the waiter I was waiting over an hour to be served
Food is delicious now! Used to not be as good many years ago. I've ordered Chicken A la brasa & Pollo a La Plancha with Rice & Beans-& they were Great! Tostones were ok- Need to be fresh for them not to be so hard- Sometimes they are great here tho!
Very tasty food. We got the Churrasco mix and it serves 1-2 people. But I guarantee that at least 3 people can eat that. Huge portions and very good price.
Food was good. The only set back they had only one employee n the restaurant was busy. He tried his best. Would go back
Good food. Good portions. Service is good depending on how busy the restaurant is. Take out is hit or miss. Still a great place
Nice place for a killer Papaya batida (one of the best) but their mofongo was lacking in flavor. Would come again and give it another shot.
I ordered a Cuban sandwich and I got Shredded beef as the meat instead of pork. It was disgusting.
Over hyped food back in the 80 they had better restaurants in the neighborhood food has no flavor
The food is a bacaneria meaning delicious, a bit pricey but well worth the cash. Malecon got it going on.
The best fish I've ever tasted! The best unique experience! I love it! Totally recommended
Great food, nice ambiance. My order was taken wrong but I didn't mind- love everything they make.
The food was amazing, the customer service was immaculate, and the atmosphere was family friendly, not to mention the prices. I'll definitely go back,
Yummy food! Get the Cubano sandwich with fries, the shrimp appetizer was also delicious. Friendly staff
It's our first and last stop when we're in the city. Their mangú breakfast is as good as my great grandmother made it. Best Dominican food spot in the area.
I've been a vegetarian for 6 years - this place makes me want to eat chicken. That's how good it is.
