Prior to moving in we had to spend two days cleaning the apartment. I submitted maintenance tickets almost a month ago for an appliance that stopped working and have yet to hear back with anything other than a confirmation that they received my complaint. The snow removal is somewhat to be desired as it took quite some time for them to plow and then even more time to complete it after a snowfall.

I've been a month now & absolutely love my place! Plenty of parking. Grounds are well maintained. Quiet & peaceful & great area to walk my dogs!

Currently reside here and since having a new manager that actually cares about the community, new things are being placed for the children and a ton of updates to the park and cleaning up any rundown or abandoned mobile homes and completely remodeling inside and out of the homes that are fixable for our vets!:)

Beyond terrible! If negatove stars were possible then they would get them. They lied to me about replacing the carpets in my apartment before I moved in. In fact the carpets were not even cleaned properly. They do not answer the phone, texts or emails and ther is NEVER anyone in the office. They also do not provide you with all of the needed information when you move in. Zachary is terrible at his job and if you have to deal with him you are in for a miserable time. Please learn from my mistake and rent an apartment from almost anyone else. It is worth a few extra hundred a month not to have to deal with the horrible management.

Park is a great place to live, whatever you do though, stay away from Felicia with Feliciasmobilehomes. If you do use her as she monopolies parks, make sure you bring your own real estate agent that has your own interests first vs doing a dual representation with Felicia and the seller. Should never do a dual representation anyways! She only has her own interests and that’s with stashing her pockets deep with commissions. Always do an inspection of the home also, don’t want to pay $25k just for your home to be condemned a year later. While Felicia may try to manipulate you into doing a dual agency and that getting an inspection done on the home is a waist of time and money, do not let her change your mind! Will be the worst mistake of your life!

The office rarely ever answers your calls, the water smells questionable at times, and they do everything they can to cut corners even if it negatively impacts the residents here. What can I say, it's a typical Solomon owned property.

Sad to hear about the conditions and problems associated with the mobile home part. Was such a nice place to live in 1968-1973. I lived on Avenue B, 1st trailer on the right. I was 12-17 at that time. Made many good friends, some of whom I am still in contact with. We had a nice rec hall, laundromat and big pond that we swam in and ice skated on. It was always kept in nice shape. Everyone was given the use of a large front deck (maybe 15X20) to use. I want to say rent was under 100 dollars if I remember correctly.

I’ve lived here for about a year now and am adding this review because there a lot of negative opinions that don’t reflect my personal experience with Malta Pointe. Before I moved in, I read a lot of negative reviews which had the following common complaints, "can't ever get ahold of the office", "apartments were not taken care of" and "drug dealers live nearby" so I would like to clear the air on a lot of these, but also be fair about some cons. Firstly, anytime I have needed someone from the office for an issue such as a drain clog, they would deal with it pretty swiftly. Utilities have always been pretty consistent, I only lost power once due to a bad snow storm and running water once or twice because the supply is from a well and it routinely needs to be flushed. My unit was fairly clean when I moved in and about a year later, things are still solid, nothing is unfunctional. Neighbors are pretty friendly and the area is mostly quiet except for the occasional motorcyclists that will blow-by at night. In the winter, the area is cleared of snow at about 7 or 8 AM, they will also have trucks and people throughout the day routinely cleaning up more snow. Management at the office has changed a few times, but it seems like they are genuinely trying to make this area a better place, they are aware of the bad reputation and want to improve on the previous and legitimate criticisms raised by renters. If you need a place to stay in the area, it's not as bad as everyone says, It's just an average apartment complex, nothing special. I will personally be renewing my lease for another year.
