Keep up the good food guys. I really enjoy eating from this halal cart. These people are very generous and that is why they are going so good. I’m always buying from here.

Update: 01/03/2024- the price went up and the food got less. Very disappointing.

Portions are great, service is great, prices are great, and most importantly, the food taste great! My go to spot for lunch whenever I'm around the area.

Made me sick to my stomach looks like the salad or the white sauce was spoil now I’m with a horrible food poisoning. Last time I’ll be eating food from them I usually get food from Halah Guys but they do not service during the summer break, Mando kart is so small I won’t be surprised that there salad and sauces are not at the right temperature specially because of the summer heat.

Edit (6/22/23) : Seems they raised the prices but even at $6, it's a fantastic deal for good food!

The only place left in NYC where you can get a full tasty lunch - with a drink! - for $4. There's always a line here while the other carts are empty, which says it all.

They literally have the most incredibly flavorful chicken, you can actually taste the seasonings, even the salad tastes great unlike other establishments cough… halal guys…. I highly recommend you skip the yellow cart and head straight to Mandos for a really affordable lunch 5$ for a filling plate and a soda, it’s worth the wait.

So freaking good. The food is delicious, the portions are great, and the prices are very very very good. $5 for chicken or lamb over rice, and $6 for combo. Comes with a drink too.

I recommend the chicken over rice. I felt that the lamb was lacking in flavor compared to other halal carts. Also try the green sauce!

Closes early btw - 5pm on weekdays.

This is the real deal! Went out of my way to give the famous Mando a try and it was well worth the trip.

I come here frequently as it is addictive and only $5 for a full meal. Plus, I don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes on line during lunch time. It's worth the wait.

Tried the falafel and chicken over rice, both were delicious! Took a subway ride just to come here and it was worth it.

One of the nicest people you'll meet guy has been here for years and always put the customers first only place I know that gives great fries and actual lettuce with the halal food can't wait to go tomorrow
