Don't trust you car a this people it's more expensive than usual and the owners very arrogant.any way the car fixed and brooklyn

Recently got my car fixed through an insurance claim. I had to replace a sideview mirror, fix a dent and a large scratch spanning two doors. The car looks as good as new. Service was fast, easy and well done. I will definitely be using them for any issues I have in the future.

The time they quoted for what needed to be done seemed unreasonably long even though they finished a few days early. The work was done well. My car is definately better than when it came in. What bothered me the most was when I picked up my car. There was a bottle of Martinelli's in the passenger seat and my sunglasses on the console. I did not bother to empty the console because there is no reason to go in it. They tossed through all of my compartments and my emergency roadside bag was unzipped. Right away I saw that I was missing 2 giant bags of almond M & M's. Who does that? I paid for their services and they let someone go scavenging in my car? It left me with a really bad feeling.

This was the second time I used this shop for my automotive needs and they did not disappoint!

Very happy with the work they did for me and they even washed my car without telling me.

I appreciate the time and effort they spent on my car and very happy with them.

The manager of this shop is rude from the beginning to the end of the process. Make sure you get your estimate on paper and approve it before leaving your vehicle because the charges might mysteriously double. Also, check the work closely before taking the car off the premises because they will not! Based on the way they handled my business, I could not recommend this place and wouldn’t return.

Manhattan Auto was a good experience overall. The damage to my vehicle was repaired and it was returned as promised. Paperwork was minimal and handled efficiently. They also handled all contacts with my insurer without me needing to be involved, including payment arrangements.

2019 Nissan rogue, took my car to MAC for damage done to my from bumper in hit and run accident, they did a very nice job replaced the bumper even cleaned the inside of my car, I would have no problem using them again

Great work with my car. Quite satisfied. Only slight, very minor issue was no call to advise that my car was ready. I'd use them again if needed.

I went to sell my car and found out this repair shop cut corners and was glueing parts together that weren’t even made for my car.one part on the top was just laying there, definitely not correct and my car hadn’t been the same since going here.im usually easy to work with but when someone messes with my safety on the road i’m glad to leave a review

Would have given 5stars but was not happy when I opened my back hatch the next day and found it full of parts that had been replaced.

I just really want to thank Rich for being so accommodating with pick up & sorting out the minor mix up.i’m happy with the repairs on my car as well. I would recommend this location to anyone. I see people complaining about pricing but honestly for the quality you get I think it’s worth every cent.

Excellent service again. Top tier customer service from the front desk. Mr. Richard and his team have done excellent work on my car he is very patient and explains the process. I feel comfortable and I know the work will be the best. I added photos below you can see the great work repairs done in car.

Just read all of the last reviews about how this person’s car is allegedly being held without any work being done. It just so happened that I walked in while the police and the co-owner of that vehicle were talking with the owner of the shop, and apparently the car has been there for a month without no payments made. The police were there because they tried to steal back their car and got caught. Only someone would try to steal back their car to avoid having pay a whole month’s worth of storage costs. I definitely walked in at a juicy moment, but it really seems like the owners of the vehicle brought it upon themselves. I have been here 3 times for autocare, and I have never had an issue with them. I drive here from queens, and take the train home so that should say enough. And I’ll keep coming back because their work and employees are honest people.

I have taken two different vehicles here for repair over the years and had nothing but great service start to finish. Thank you to the entire team at Manhattan Auto Care!

This man is holding my car right now said he is t doing any repairs til he receives money for storage fees and attorney fees and is currently trying to put a lien on my car… well he’s trying to steal my car at this point been at his shop 27 days and refuses to start repairs til I pay storage fees… he could have been done the repairs and been paid in full for repairs today I have the insurance check n hand

I have a good friend that is trying to get his car back this man is causing major problems over pricing trying to hold ppl cars hostage I bet he does this often

Don’t go here he’s currently over pricing a good friend of mine and is not trying to release his car very rude and over priced trust me you will be upset if u deal with this place

Don’t go here they will try to overprice you and will delay a process to try and place a lien on your car

All I know is that this man is very rude and is trying to steal my boys car. You cannot place a lean on a car you haven’t started repairs on and he has money ready to pay.don’t go to this man he will cause you a big headache
