My patient 85 ye was cut off for failure to re instate without knowledge due to documents sent to the previous residence no I submitted everything and did app next day I called at 9 am stayed in hold for 3 hrs then the phone hung up this is unacceptable

The lady that runs the place she’s nasty and disrespectful she thinks that all that food it comes out from her pocket very very nasty
