Manhattan West reviews
10 Manhattan West needs to address the issues with their tenants.
I am flagging the unsafe actions of Whole Foods within the Manhattan West Plaza.
Oscar, the Whole Foods manager at the store is extremely racist & allows employees to profile Black customers.
This whole foods is not an inclusive and welcoming environment.
I even watched a store member become frustrated with a woman who was hearing impaired and yell at her.
It is clear the poor behavior is a direct reflection of the way that Oscar manages the store and does not care about customers.
I have contacted management at whole foods to make them aware numerous times and no one is properly addressing the situation.
Whole Foods continues to ignore the deplorable behavior of their manager, Oscar and the unsafe environment of their
The space is beautiful, but the public seating is right next to the buildings’ exhaust vents, which makes sitting in the plaza unpleasant.
Beautiful gorgeous place. This place has restaurants, supermarket, shoppings lot more. It has some popular stores, like NHL store in 1 Manhattan West. Outdoor seating between building one and two is pleasant. Private parking is a problem. But public transportation available. Penn Station and Moynihan Station Hall 1 one minute away.
I did not go to Manhattan West. I did, however, go to the Whole Foods, located at number 450 West 33rd Street.
Beautiful location! Great restaurants large court yard with plenty of seating!
Evening events as well
A great square with lots of restaurants, stores and food court.
There are also lots of public seatings, and there are also occasionally some events happening at the square.
There is also a Wholefoods near here, which is super convenient.
Here, you can also get a good photo with the skyline and the empire states building.
However, the area is frequently under construction, and thus it is a little annoying as a pedestrian.
Overall, here is still a good place to visit and live nearby!
An amazing new skyline addition to the old New York City! Needs more than one visit to do justice. Lovely eateries inside the glossy new complex.
Such a cool development, made even better by the fact that PEACHY opened up here (the COOLEST wrinkle prevention place). Well curated shops and I enjoy spending my time here. Zou zou is another great addition
I go to the whole foods there but its very pretty with citrovia- there is A CITIZENS foodcourt thats the best kept secret in there= daily provisions has the best hot chocolate and cruller
This is how you do a mega development! Manhattan west is right next to Hudson yards, but how the two mega projects approached thier site design could not be farther apart. While Hudson yards feels cold, inhospitable, devoid of life with a giant mall and goudy staircase achnoring it all - Manhattan west is a breath of fresh air. MW has curvy organic forms with a central plaza that still respects its place in the street grid creating a dynamic urban space. Restaurants and shops directly face this plaza, no suburban indoor mall here.the scale of the entire development is excellent and the way the plaza rises up above 10th Ave gives excellent views. If only Hudson yards could start over and take some lessons from MW.
