6This is a work in progress and getting better by the day. The communication lacks slightly but it isn't deliberately by any means. They strive for success there.
This was my first time visit, the workers and the people are very nice, many trucks and cars to choose, 5 very pleased
Staff here doesnt like to treat people of color as equals. Go inside to handle business the secetary wants to sit at desk and wants to talk across the floor, white guy comes in she nearly breaks her old neck in trying to assist them
Nice small little auction. Not open to the public. Most of the people that work there know your name and help you out with anything you need.
They have sold a vehicle with unknown mileage and they are refusing to take it back because it passed 7 day return policy. We have no choice of taking them to court for fraud. They don't care about buyers whatsoever. I have purchased more than 1000 vehicles from them. They don't seem to care enough of their future businesses as well. I guess NJ ADESA is our new destination. DEALERS, do yourselves a favor and go to a quality auction where you would be treated like a customer.
