Manlius Town Justice Court, Fayetteville NY

I called the town court asking for additional documents to switch my insurance over. I spoke to Jan the clerk who was very unfriendly and hard to work with. Not only would she talk for long periods of time without allowing me to express myself, she had no valid reason for denying me a piece of paper. She did all of this with a consistent attitude with a touch of supremacy. I will be speaking to both Judge O'Leary and Judge Pavonne about her lack of effort dealing with my matter. She contradicted herself many times and made my experience horrible. It's unfortunate that such a serious matter of mine got delegated to Jan. She also refused to let me talk to anyone but her including a manager, judge, or even another clerk. I believe we need helpful and friendly people in our government offices, Jan is not the one for the job,
