The office accommodated me with an emergency appointment for an eye injury. Everyone was professional, efficient and very pleasant. Dr Forschheimer was wonderful!

AWFUL PRACTICE!
Dr. LaCourte is incredibly rude, the exam is extremely minimal and he recently billed my insurance company for contacts we didn’t approve or want. And now he refuses to send them back to the insurance company. He won’t even take a phone call with insurance company They have record of all the times they have called. Sounds like some serious insurance fraud…

Very nice people. Pleasure to register, get exam, pick frames for new glasses and deal with my insurance Coverages. Looking forward to pick up new glasses when they are ready for pickup. No stress at all. I was in and out under 30 minutes. Quick and easy.

Amazing place! Doctor was friendly and lady at the desk was very professional! I called and made a same day appointment. After being seen the doctor was upfront on what my insurance covered, the lady at the desk helped me chose two frames. She showed me different ones, asked what I was looking for, made suggestions and told me how much it would be after insurance. This place is great! Would highly recommend!

Professional and efficient…but much, much more! Thoughtful, patient, interested, responsive, and a great result. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend without hesitation. Prices were excellent as well!

Very professional starting at the reception desk and the help with choosing my glasses to the doctor who was very attentive and informative as well as detailed. Answered all my questions. Would recommend and would go there again myself.

I originally posted a great review 6 months ago at my initial visit because at the time I thought I was in good hands. I was seen in February and because my insurance wouldnt cover the cost of the frames.i thought that the doctor was giving me a break. I paid over $500 for the frames, lenses visit etc. NOTHING was put through my insurance at all. Now I call to schedule a follow up I had told the receptionist MULTIPLE times why i as going in as it was a medical visit and I feel that my glasses are not strong enough. After hearing the doctor himself say " why is she here, its not making sense" the receptionist came up to me asking for a 4th time why I was there and assuming it was for a contact fitting. NEVER once was this said to her. In the visit I was never advised if everything was ok with my eye in which I was concerned I scratched my cornea.he did the visit and tried to get me to pay another $500 for new frames and lenses. I said no I just bought the frames in february and I just need the lenses. They never looked to see if it would be covered by insurance just charged me $225. They called me the following week to get my lenses put in.the doctor was not " happy" about having to put the new lenses in the frames as I do not have another pair. Once he was done he just put the glasses on the counter and walked away never spoke with me. I put the glasses on and told he receptionist I cannot see out of these.they told me give it a week to adjust. I couldnt even give it a weekend. I was seeing double vision. I called to express that I do not want a second pair to go through my insurance and that I think i am owed my money back as now i have to see someone else. The doctor called me back left me a voicemail saying they were cancelling the glasses that were going through my insurance and only charging for my visit. I feel that I have been overcharged, nothing was accomplished- I am now disputing the charges from being charged for the lenses. I referred so many people here and I feel slighted by the way I was treated!

I visited here for the first time today and was very pleasantly surprised how friendly everyone was. I had a routine eye exam which went quickly and easily. The choices of frames were plentiful as well. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Came in for an eye exam as a walk In, they took me right away. Front desk and eye doctor so nice and professional! Very happy great experience!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only was I pressured into purchasing $700 glasses instead of waiting for my new insurance coverage to be come effective just a few weeks later.my prescription was wrong. When my new prescription arrived I went back to have the new lenses fitted in my frame and was told I had to leave them. When I mentioned to the doctor that I had no glasses to drive home with he commented "What do uounthink.tjos is instant service? ". Yes.it should have been. It wasn't until I expressed disappointment did he agree to put my lenses in.telling me to come back 30-45 minutes later. It was during that time I decided I no longer wanted to do business there due to multiple issues. I emailed to let them know I was not coming back and wanted a refund. The doctor was more concerned with losing money telling me I can see another doctor but get my glasses through him. Why would I want to do that? On top of all of this I have requested my written prescription several times to give to the new doctor. I have yet to receive it. I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know. My advice.steer clear of this place.

My first time there and I was very pleased. I was in and out with no wait. The office was very clean and comfortable. Doctor was extremely nice as well as Julie. I would recommend them to everyone. It was a great experience.

Not upfront about pricing, when questioned about cost and itemized cost Dr.seemed ticked off. Also had to ask 3x for copy of eyeglass prescription (which should be given by law without asking) and prescription does not have the PD information which it should.

Dr was Great and same with his assistant in showroom, very friendly and professional…. Greg

Place was very clean, but the doctor definitely charges the maximum he is allowed and also does optional services that are expensive but does not make you aware of that until it is too late. Convenient location and as mentioned before very clean, but the doctor is more a salesman than a doctor and cares more about his payday then his actual patients.

I was very impressed with the staff, very professional. Highly recommended.contacts. Woo hoo.
