Manuel did an amazing job painting our condo. This was my first time hiring someone for a paint job and Manuel was a true professional. I needed the job done before I started to unpack and officially move in and Manuel was able to get it done ahead of schedule. He made great recommendations and really knows his stuff. Manny and his team did an immaculate job painting the exterior of our home. His attention to detail and thoroughness is unmatched, as is his work ethic. I have used Manny for more than 15 years to do home improvements. From the simple like painting a room or the wrought iron railings on my front porch to the more complex like staining all my new wood windows. He has proven to be perfect from the simple to the complex always showing up on time and finishing the job in an expected time frame for a reasonable cost leaving everything in perfect condition.

He recently power washed my cedar siding which had gotten very stained and when he finished the power washing the siding looked like new. He then put on at least 2 coats of stain to protect the siding against blackening again.

I highly recommend Manny as an honest and trustworthy person who does what he promises in a timely fashion.phyllisq

I've used Manny a number of times over the years. I originally found Manny through a friend who hired him and who was very happy with the job he did for her. I first hired Manuel Z Painting late 2017 to paint the ceilings, trim, walls of living room, dining room, stairwell and upstairs hall. I think they also skim coated the ceilings or whatever is used on the ceilings to fix the fine cracks that kept coming back over years, his team did a GREAT job! I was incredibly happy that when I needed a color correction for the color i had picked for the living room/stairwell/hall, I called Manny, again, amazing job.

Moving to the exterior of the house, we had let our porch go too long without getting love and I called Manny, him and his colleague worked on the porch for a week sanding it, getting it down to the bare bones, fixing the trim we had agreed upon, painting.he did a WONDERFUL job.

Manny is fairly priced, him and his team are neat and tidy when they work around your home, I can't say enough good things. I highly suggest Manuel.

Manuel repaired my old deck, replace grills and stain it. He did a very good job and a very reasonable price. If you need painting job and I recommend Manuel. Fast, quality work and reasonable price.

Manuel did an amazing job staining our pool fence and was done in one day with two coats. He does meticulous work and made sure no stain got on the trees or plants by the fence. Love the color and will definitely use his business again for any painting job. Very responsive and very prompt with replies.

We have been using Manny for all of our painting and drywall needs in our home in Westchester for over 10 years. He is always professional, reliable, fair priced, incredibly meticulous and neat with his work and in our home. My husband and I are very picky designers, so we feel very lucky to have found him! We needed scrapping, primer, mesh taping, putty compound, sanding and two coats of paint for the walls and ceilings in front and back staircases. Also 3 door frames and baseboards needed prep and painting.
Manuel showed up on time everyday for 8 consecutive days (except Thanksgiving Day and Sunday) and beautifully finished the job. He answered any and all questions with patience and expertise and was completely self contained all of the days. Manuel didn't bother me or need anything while working and only called for me when announcing that he was leaving at the end of each day.
The price was very fair and the work excellent.
I highly recommend Manuel Z. Painting/Home Repair and personally plan on hiring him again for some outdoor work in the spring/summer.

Manny has done a lot of painting for us over the years - interior and exterior. He's also brought in great carpenters for jobs that go beyond painting. We're always very satisfied with the cost, timeliness and quality of work.

Manuel did a great job painting the soffits, shutters, and trim of my home and I’m very happy with his work. He also removed two old AC wall units and was able to seamlessly patch the hole on the inside and outside with new shingles. Additionally, he replaced rotten window trim and painted like new. It was a lot of work done with great skill in only a week and at a fair price. I look forward calling him again for future projects. Thank you!

Manny and his partner came to power wash and stain our deck. They did an amazing job, kept everything very clean which is important since we are in a townhome complex, and finished the job in a very timely manner. We couldn’t of been happier with the outcome. Would recommend Manny and would hire him again.

Manuel was very professional. He was punctual and very clean. He painted the interior of my entire house. He was also trustworthy and honest. After his initial job painting, I called him back to install the tile on my kitchen floor. His workmanship skills proved excellent.
