I am so satisfied with the staff and service of this pharmacy. In addition to their sensitive and professional assistance (including the night staff) no item has been too small and never untimely even though I live 20 minutes from the pharmacy.

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY! The night time staff are a bunch of lousy workers!
I usually use a different place but Medex was open late when I needed a cream for my daughter emergency. I waited close to an hour for them to receive my prescription from my doctor but they claimed it didn't arrive. I spoke to my doctor and he said not only was the prescription sent but someone had already accepted it. The staff sitting there, 4 in total, were having a grand time joking around while I insisted again and again that someone had accepted the prescription from my doctor and I need it immediately. Finally someone called from the back casually, "oh, yeah, I saw it before. " while she didn't bother doing anything. Next, I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to mix the cream. All of this idle time sitting around and laughing when I needed a cream for an allergic reaction!
When you need a pharmacy late at night don't do the same mistake as me. Find another pharmacy that has late hours, even if you'll have to travel a little further.

Horrible pharmacy, i switched over to them for their delivery service and it was a HUGE mistake.first time I waited 5 hours, second time they delivered it next day, the third time I tried i called in at 10: 00 Am while i was at work left at 5pm the medication never got to me.i called back at 6: 00 pm nothing called back at 7: 00pm "sorry we are really busy we will send the driver now. NEXT DAY MY HUSBAND TELLS ME THEY DELIVERED MY MEDICATION AT 1AM! WOULD YOU KEEP USING THEM AFTER THAT?

My dr filled a prescription and said I would pick it up and next thing I know I get a text message that it’s out for delivery. If only the delivery would be as fast as the text message it’s over 12 hours and I still haven’t gotten the delivery.

Terrible service and very bad attitudes staff don’t know what’s flying including pharmacist they have 1 employee David who is good but if he is not there everything goes wrong employees there don’t care about customer relations

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Have messed up numerous times! Highly recommend you choose any other pharmacy.
