Worse lash experience ever. Wasted time and money. First of all i just want to mention that when you walk in they blast some sort of Chinese rock music, which is fine but in the setting of a spa, you’d expect relaxing music. Got my lashes done here for $98. I asked the lash tech for more volume and a cat eye style. She said she understood and pretty much brushed me off everytime I tried to further explain. At the end of the session my eyes felt like there was lash hairs poking in it and the lash tech said it was due to the stinging of the glue. I’ve gotten my lashes done many times and this was definitely not due to the stinging of the glue. She gave me what’s called “barbie style” instead of the cat eye look I wanted and my lashes were very sparse. She offered to fix the on another day I would be able to come in but after this experience I would never want to go back. Now I have to make an appointment with my usual lash tech to remove these lashes and get a new set.
