This office is very professional, and visits are very timely. The nursing staff is very accommodating and pleasant, The Doctors are also very timely and through. I especially like the patient portal, they are great at responding very timely and you can use this method of communicating for anything from making an appointment to refilling prescriptions to sending pics of bruises or things you are concerned about.

I only gave them one star because you couldnt do less. I tried to fill a prescription and was informed I was dropped as a patient (Dr. Sarah Boice). I always saw Dr. Aquino (WHO IS AND WAS AMAZING) but was assigned a new Dr when he retired. You would think they would reach out and tell you something like this proactively. BEWARE, very unprofessional

I consider myself to be very lucky to be a patient of Maple Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Practice. The physicians, nurses and office staff are very pleasant and helpful. Most practices have nurse practitioners and physician assistants. At this practice, you always see a physician. That is rare these days. If you are ill or have a problem, an appointment is made for you to see one of the physicians that day. They are the very best!

I've been a patient for 36 years. If they weren't good I would have found another doctor years ago. Nice staff and efficiently run office.

I have been going to this office for over 35 years. It was just Aquino and Hartrich in the start. It is a great office.

This office sets an example for other medical practices. The entire staff from the receptionists to the medical assitants, nurses, billers, and doctors, all demonstrate caring and efficiency. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken into the exam room. My doctor, Dr. Thierman truly listens to his patients and addresses any concerns. I couldnt ask for more from a practice.

The staff is very efficient, as well as the doctor. They don't try to rush you out the door, they take the time to listen to any health issues you may have and answer all of your concerns.

We love Dr T! This office has amazing systems in place to help patients in every way. They are always quick and helpful. They know how to deal with insurance and other medical offices and go above and beyond. My fiancé grew up going here and now we take our daughter here!
