Excellent sandwich! (Apple and Manchego on homemade Focaccia bread) I love all of their vegetarian sandwiches! The herb spread that they put on it is outstanding! The soup was a Coconut Green Curry! Absolutely delicious! Run don't walk to this place! The best I have had in years! A must go!

Best in the business! From meat, to unique spices, to some of the best sandwiches in the Hudson Valley this place has it all and then some! The staff is amazing and treats everyone like family. Marbled is second to none.

I ordered an 8LB porchetta & a 8LB dry aged prime rib roast for Christmas dinner.
We were 10 adults & 4 children, there were NO left overs. The Porchetta was beyond wonderful. The pork was tender, juicy & had a delicate pork flavor. It was beautifully butchered most of the fat removed from the skin, seasoned & tied to perfection. The seasoning was brilliant, just like we've had in Italy!
The Prime rib was also delicious, beautifully cut & tied. It was also delicious, juicy, tasty with just enough fat. Wonderful piece of beef!
The Porchetta goes down as being the best Christmas dinner ever! Thank you to the team at Marbled Meats.

I’ve been a vegetarian for many years. When I decided to introduce meat to my diet again I only want to eat meat from Marble. I know they sourced their meats from local farmers…. Love the attention and fast response from everyone at this place…. Can’t wait to try our turkey from here this year. I’m so glad I was told of this gem of store by a good friend…

Incredible offerings at this butcher/prepared foods shop that stocks the absolute best! Their house-made salads, stews, sandwiches etc.are a true delight and ease the guilt when I don't have the time to cook myself. The quality is top notch!

Extraordinary. This food anchor is such a blessing for locals supporting the food revolution but also a must visit for any Hudson Valley visitor. The meat is for those with high standards in taste and quality and the prepared foods are always excellent!

My husband visited the shop last Saturday and purchased three 1 1/2 thick ribeye steaks, bone in and grilled them that evening
He said it was absolutely the best steak he’s had in years and his son & brother in-law loved theirs as well.

He was also impressed with the shop and the owner who couldn’t have been more helpful. My brother, who happens to live very close to the shop, has also recommended this shop and is a frequent customer.

I paid 25$ for a steak I couldn’t eat because It was very hard though I have been told by the girl at the butchery that it’s the most tender piece. I returned to complain and the sales person told me that I don’t know how to cook a steak! The owner lisa was very rude instead of apologizing and being nice to a disappointed customer she asked me to get out. Shame on you and 0 star well deserved.

I’ve been shopping here for over two years, but I can tell you this! No one makes better chop meat for burgers on the gril it is a pleasure to shop there

Locally owned and grown over almost a decade Chris and Lisa provide our community with top quality meats and other products responsibly produced. Now they have great sandwiches too.

I've passed by many times in recent years, always saying, I have to check that place out. Well finally, I was in the area with time to kill and stopped to shop. I was not disappointed. Excellent fresh cuts of meat and a variety of other foods. Friendly staff as well. I'll be back.

These guys are great! Super knowledgeable and the meats are all next level. Steaks, brisket, chicken, every thing is top notch

One of the best parts of moving to Cold Spring is getting to shop/eat here. When friends and family visit, they always want to make a pilgrimage to the “meat” place.

Chris, Lisa and the team are always going above and beyond to provide the absolute best quality meat and prepared foods. I always know I'm getting the best when I stop in the shop. The beef, the sausages and the lamb are real standouts!
