Not for nothing, they know what they are doing. The owner doesn't beat around the bush and their prices are up front. You are paying for experience with these people.

I just want some simple work done but this place is all about trying to sell you something I already wanting almost $400 really trying to sell me programs and this and that no thank you
After nearly half-a-dozen updates, my personal laptop went haywire and locked me out of making any changes to security / privacy settings. I had a law school exam in less than 36 hours and had no luck with Windows assistance after waiting for hours to speak with a human being. A quick call to Marchese Comp. Products and I was sorted out in less than 5 minutes. Owner walked me through step by step what the issue might be and was spot on, fixing it within minutes. Really saved the day and wish I knew them from the start - will definitely reach out again with any computer issues.
Had a PC that wouldn't boot so I brought it in. They were super patient with it as it was a very unique issue and they kept me updated the entire way. Highly recommend and will be back if need be (let's hope not though)
