Margret Ultra Home Care, Staten Island NY

I've been a client for 13 yrs of the healthcare system. I've been with Margaret for a month. There is a problem with the language, most don't know English. Being discrimanated because I smoke. Today, I got a lazy, un-emphatic, arrogant Aide. I'm starting to believe they believe this is a warming my sofa job! Lol.

I went to this company 2 years ago and the lady gave me paperwork to get filled out. I went back to give her my physical documents and other information. She told me someone will call you back and I got no call back. She was a Spanish lady in the front and she was rude to me at first. I wasted my time by giving my application in this company. I am working with an old lady that had an aide from Margaret ultra who slept in her house for 8 months. The lady used to send her home and signed her timesheet for full time.

My family used Margaret Ultra Home Care, for over two years, to help take care of my mother. She needed assistance with personal daily activities as well as housekeeping and laundry services, and when we needed help with scheduling, or had any issues, all I had to do was to make a phone call to the agency, and they handled it with utmost professionalism. They were there for us for whatever we needed. Not only was my mom treated with respect and kindness, but the aides that took care of her, treated her as they would their own mother. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to make my mother comfortable and happy. I felt very safe leaving her in their hands, and now think of her aides as family! I truly love the two woman who were there for my mom until she passed away. I will be forever grateful to these two angels that God sent to us, through Margaret Ultra. For them it was more than a job, It was a calling. I thank God every day, that we found Margaret Ultra Home Care.

Unprofessional staff and caregivers. The caregivers would either not show up and when they did show up did very little. Called and spoke to the office several times but nothing was ever resolved. Lasted maybe a month with this company. Very sad the lack of professionalism and care for the ederly.

I been notified yesterday that I’m going to get home assailment by the staff member her name is Ms Gloria and my appointment was scheduled for 2 pm to day and I’ve not been satisfied with there behind the schedule my nurse come late around 6: 30 pm tonight and she was really caring person her name is ms Ogi because she understood my concern I was so mad because I miss school today I felt mad when I called the agency one time my call was answered and then they didn’t tell me exactly what time also there supervisor when I called he just told me the problem will be solved and finally it was resolved if It’s another agency it will be better
