I had jumbo cornrows, which I provide the hair for, coming from the side and I legit have a bald spot, Hair that was not pull out was broke. I have long hair, almost mid back, with full edges. Now I got baby hair for the first time in my adulf life. Y'all don't understand the anger, disappointment, frustration. The scalp on my bold spot still hurt and it's tender to touch. After only a wk this is part of the hair I "shed", it 5 times what normally shed after 2 wks.

This shop is very unprofessional the workers have their kids screaming and crying all day they lost a lot of money because their personal conversations is better than understanding what styles people wants when they come in -they don’t understand what style you want I showed a picture of the style I wanted to got a different style and when I stated this is not what I ask for the worker told me I can get that next time their is never a manager at this site so they do what they want which is gossip all day it is very rude to be yelling in someone’s ears for 8 hours and lighting stink incense the place is very small and they talk very loud they do not make the customers feel welcome no music no tv just the workers yelling all day VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE WORKERS HAS NO RESPECT FOR MANAGEMENT AT ALL THEY COME TO WORK TO TALK NOT WORK I WAS THERE FOR 8 HOURS I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE THERE FOR 4 Hours Within that time I seen 10 plus customer get mad and walk out cause they wasn’t doing what the customers asked DONT GO THERE YOU WILL BE VERY UPSET WHEN YOU LEAVE
