But i got problem window. So i called to him (Arun) many times to help to open the claim.
He said yes to help me. But he never call me back and then.never response the request.
But today i called to him again. But

He said CANCEL IT without reason.
And then just hang up the phone
I still upset to find sovle the problem by myself

I have been using State Farm for over a decade now and I would not change ever! My rep, Lori Rooney has been the most patient, understanding and helpful*** rep of all time! She answers all of the million questions I have an explains my options in great detail. I never get off the phone with her without clarity. I have told many people to use State Farm and recommended trying to reach my sweet Lori, I am not sure if any have followed through, but I highly recommend. This does not take away from Maria or any other rep there, I have just been dealing with Lori the most.
