Marina Neystat, MD reviews
13Dr. Neystat and her staff and employees are the best and her employees are very professional and caring! The office is clean environment and the wait time to been seen is not long @ all! I highly recommend this office!
Dr Neystat has help me out tremendously for the past 4 years. I went to three other neurologist prior to her and they couldn’t even help me, one told me to take an advil. Dr. Neystat sat with me and listened to what I was going through. She takes her profession very seriously and her patients health a priority.
Those women on this front desk are just awful. Definitely not worth the visit no matter how decent or good the doctor is.
One of the best doctors a patient can have. She listens to me and is concerned about me as a WHOLE PERSON.
Avoid at all cost. The doctor prescribed an $800 dollar branded pill rather than generic pill without checking my insurance or asking me if I am ok with this. And she failed to respond to my insurance company to prove that I need this pill which caused my insurance company reject the claim. Takes forever to check your testing result. Front desk is very rude.
Hello? Did you check with the patient at all? It’s your job to respond to the insurance company if there is any medical necessity if YOU are the one prescribing the $800 branded pills.
Thanks for the response and you only proved the point that this practice does not care about their patient but only money. Good luck with that
Marina is very throughly with explaining detail of your situation. Also very kind and good natured. I was very pleased.
Dr Neystat, is a great doctor.
But some of the ladies at the front desk are very horrible people. Specially one of the ladies is very bad.
I won’t go back at this practices again.
I won’t recommend them
The receptionist just said hung up the phone like so angry, I was just asking her about my insurance. Speaking is very important but they aren't able to do that?
The front desk always has a very bad attitude. It seems like they do not want to be there. They are rude and condescending, in person and on the phone. I was recently scheduling an appointment and the lady on the other line told me to hurry up with my questions and hung up the phone on me mid sentence. The Dr on the other hand is very nice. The front desk really makes it a disgusting experience every time I am there.
Went on ZocDoc, made an appointment and saw her. The office setting and the staff are very professional. Dr. Neystat was really good and as she heard what happened to me, she gave me a close diagnosis and what not to do and this followed by a battery of tests, related to my illness. I definitely recommend her, she keeps it short and to the point.
Dr. Neystat is an expert in her field. I have been a patient of hers for over 7 years and I am extremely happy with the services she provides. She is very advance and knows how to treat her patients well. She listens closely to her patients, assess their needs and carefully develops a plan to help them get better. She genuinely cares for her patients and is fully invested in ensuring that they are being taken care of.
Christine is a great addition to Dr. Neystat’s staff. She is patient, reliable and very understanding. She takes time to ensure that your needs are being met. It’s always a pleasure speaking to Christine. I look forward to seeing her when I have appointments. She is kind and caring. She keeps patients coming back because of her great personality and genuine love for her job.
She is a good doctor, but the format of office and all that waiting.gives you depression. Something is wrong in her Brighton office. I left 2 times. Waiting is very uncomfortable. Maybe put some music. To many workers and it's goes very.slow
