Worst dental company in the world they will make you sign a contract before surgery and ruin your whole mouth. One male doctor I had seen for a root canal ripped my tooth out leaving a whole in my nasal cavity they are only for profit and do not care about their clients very rude and distasteful experience. If I wasn’t under the contract for my tooth removal I would’ve sued the doctor. Who should have his license taken away.

If you have dental anxiety. It will definitely disappear when you go to this office. First of all the office is well-kept, clean and updated. The staff are out of this world. When I was there, I started to cry because I have so much anxiety going to a dentist and embarrassed by the way my teeth look. The dental assistant saw that I was crying and gave me the biggest hug and told me I’m in very good hands and everything is going to be OK. What I loved about Doctor Albanese, Was that he was very detailed, answered every question that I had, didn’t make me feel bad about myself and my teeth condition. And he even gave me a whole syllabus of what we’re going to be doing on my teeth in the future. No other dentist on this island has ever done that for me before. Let’s just say that whole office is a breath of fresh air. This was my first time going, and now I Have my permanent dentist. Trust me if you have anxiety about the dentist go to this place you will not be sorry.

I decided to go to this dentist because it's closer to my house and i saw the good reviews. I have been going here for 2 years now and i like it i recommended them to all my friends and family.
The dentist its such a nice guy very respectful he doesn't just tell you that something needs to be done here or there when the teeth dont necessarily need that.
The front desk girls are very respectful which is another reason i like it here. The hygienists are nice as well. Keep up the great work may God bless you all To get paid at the job you do it's nice, but to get paid by being an actual nice and respectful person Its what is all about

Do not come to this office. The front desk and and billing dept don't know what they are doing. Assured me my insurance was accepted and once I booked an appointment was told that day I was covered called the day of, was reassure I was covered. Once you get there you are not. They will bill you and you will be stuck paying it because of the waivers you signed prior to visit. Terrible front end staff who will trick you into believing you are covered. Save your self the headache go somewhere else.

I’ve had great experiences with the dentist as well as my hygienist Tiffany. I’m stationed here in Staten Island for work for the next few years and had to quickly find a dentist. I’m glad to say got lucky! Everybody from the dentist to the reception desk are friendly and accommodating. Tiffany is incredibly thorough in her work but kind about it (I deserved it) and got a good deep clean yesterday! Also, there are a lot of turkeys nearby so that’s funny.

My greatest thanks for the staff at Marine Dental on Mason Ave. My bridge of 6 teeth became loose and unexpectedly fell out. When I explained my predicament, they somehow managed to fit me into their busy schedule. They explained to me what had to be done and made sure everything was completed before I left. No rush job even though they were probably a little behind due to my emergency. It was great going home and not looking like a hockey player who just got hit in the mouth with a puck.

Love the way I was treated and the work on my teeth is very professional. I would recommend marine dental all the time.

The best! My mom swears by them. I was super afraid of the dentist cause of past bad experiences but everyone here is so professional, chill and really make going to the dentist not bad at all. I’m all fixed up right before a long trip and I can’t thank them all enough. Thanks so much folks! 5 stars ️

Front desk and doctors and hygienist are absolutely amazing. My family has been coming here for years, the doctors and staff truly care about their patients. They listen and deliver splendid results.

So let’s me preface by saying the hygienists and doctors are AMAZING, but sadly the front desk/billing staff is very rude. And sadly those are the ones you have to deal with when not there and having issues with insurance/appts, etc. I called because I got a bill in the mail and she automatically tells me that they won’t rerun the claim because I was “terminated” from my plan, I explained to her it was a glitch in the system and they fixed it, but I was covered all the way through, then gets an attitude and says they will not resubmit it, so I tell her I will not be paying and hang up (because I know I’m covered, I’m not paying out of pocket for a cleaning I’m covered for). Low and behold I get a call back saying that I indeed was covered the whole time, that they will resubmit my claim as a “courtesy” LOL, meanwhile I asked to do that before. I will not be going back, once you get your money I don’t want to deal with them anymore. Please hire better staff, because even though the clinical staff are amazing, it’s not good enough when you have to deal with these rude employees all the time and making the customer feel like they’re being absurd for not wanting to pay when they know they have insurance coverage.

Over the top courtesy and customer service, Dr Albanese is empathetic and knowledgeable, competent Dentist, who is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field.
The hygienist Tiffany, I believe her name is, was over the top, very thorough and did not rush at all and spend a lot more time doing a lot more on the cleaning and checking of the gums and doing periodontic work more than any other hygienist I have ever been to.
Very professional and extremely impressive also us and bedside manner was also over the top.

Going to the dentist is now a great experience Dr Albaneses & Dr Carute, are amazing! These 2 doctors really stand apart from other dentists, They’re so approachable, easy-going, and understanding, overall my experience with the entire staff was great! Truly a pleasure being under their care!

I went to Marine dental for the first time and I had the absolute best experience! Tiffany did such a thorough exam and taught me things along the way. She was so pleasant and professional and my teeth felt so clean after! Dr. Carute was so nice and personable and reviewed any concerns! I couldn’t recommend this office enough!
