Marine Park Golf Course reviews
17This course is open all year round. There is some soil grading construction in progress on a few of the holes. All the the people that work there are very pleasant and friendly. Always an enjoyable day.
The staff was courteous and attentive. The bar area was great. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.
The course is really starting to take great shape. Chris Briggs is doing an excellent job considering all the play the course gets
THIS REVIEW IS FOR MIDTOWN DENTAL GROUP. I had an appointment today and from the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness beyond compare.
Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I felt so fully informed about what treatment I am going to need. Gina, Dr Nawlo and all the staff could not be kinder, and extremely informative. I actually walked out of a dentists office happy. I highly, highly recommend this practice. Truly, thank you all so very much.
Great public course in Brooklyn. We'll kept, friendly staff, nice driving range for iron clubs.
Course needs a little upkeep, but challenging and well maintained. The 19th is great for some beers and chili dogs.
My kids were there for about 6 weeks. And were so excited. We recommend having been there!
This was a well maintained course and some very frendly staff members. We played a full round. The wind was wild. Gorgie took it down with a 96. Great course, great day.
I think this is the nicest NYC Muni, and there's simply no debating that when it comes to greens (big, firm and fast). It has been under new management for about a decade now and it gets better with investments every year.just wish the dunes they're putting in had more dirt and less rock.
The course is great. Robert Trent Jones designed, friendly staff and in good condition. Expect a 5 hour round.
Also, on Sundays they have a certified physical therapist to teach you golf specific stretches and exercises. Toni Ann helped me create a golf specific warm-up routine that I use every round I play. If you’re early enough, make sure you stop by and get a good stretch in before your round.
I learned a wonderful ten minute golf warm up last sunday at Marine Park that i now use before playing or loosening up on practice range
It has enhanced the quality of my game while reducing aches pains and injuries
Check it out. Every Sunday from 10-12 adjacent to the first tee.
Toni is an affable upbeat fitness instructor who will help u loosen up and have a great day on the golf course
And its for free!
U can’t beat the price and it might really help ur game
Give it a try
Golf course is in horrible shape. It Is totally burned out. Don't know how they are charging to play there.
Beautiful backdrop for gr8 cause. Rabbi Groner immaculate attention to details
Staff excellent and attentive
Not a golfer but it was a pleasure to be a guest at a graduation party. Pleasantly pleased
It is my home course. I play it at least once a week. It has some of the toughest greens in NYC. Also, from the blue tees it is almost 7000 yards. An excellent course, but make sure to have bug spray.there are a lot of mosquitoes
My favorite golf course in the five boroughs. Even though I haven't played in Staten Island.
Basic information about the driving range from the "Pro" shop is like pulling teeth.
What are the hour's? "about 8 o'clock"
How much is a a bucket? "$10"
Tax included? Silence
How many balls? "I never counted them, maybe 50" and then proceeds to mock me to a co-worker like it's an unreasonable question.
Thanks, no thanks, I'll go to Spring Rock where there are 100 stalls, the know how many balls are in the bucket, open until 11pm and they have free parking and range cards where I can get 175 balls for $13
Hopefully the course will be a better experience.
