Marissa Longo: Allstate Insurance, Greece NY

The person I spoke to was very courteous, but I'm still waiting for my insurance ID cards

Provided excellent service with dealing with a flooding issue with timely responses. My only issue with the Drivewise module for the Allstate, as I am required to always be on as this causes significant drain on my cell phone. As a result I turn that off when not driving short distances.

Terrible service, they don't help at all and they take a long time to answer the phone. I really don't recommend them at all

I have nothing but good things to say about Marissa and her entire team! They took the time to educate me on different coverages and scenarios, I am grateful I switched to her office!

I must say that Marissa Longo Allstate Insurance company in Rochester N. Y.almost gives me reason to move 400 miles north of Long Island.
What a wonderful experience I have had numerous times dealing with her company.
Yesterday was as Tina Turner sings was "Simply the Best".
She once again saved the day, both emotionally, and financially.

Difficult to file a claim. Home value was increased by AllState without notice, increased premiums resulted.

Being able to know exactly what im getting covered for and knowing my coverage hasn’t been any easier until now! Hands down the best car insurance shopping experience I’ve had that made me feel comfortable moving forward with purchasing auto insurance

It was really quick and apprciatable, because i was almost nearly to due date and things are sorted out easily

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ALLSTATE ITS A SCAM ESPECIALLY JACKOE SHE WILL TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND THEN ADD AN EXTRA THOUSAND DOLLARS TO YOUR POLICY WITH NO NOTICE …. Thumb down
Zero thumps up never again you guys never ever able to pick up the phone and want to over charge for insurance for no reason this has to be a joke. I just spoke to Jackie she is very rude and unprofessional and she like to hang up the phone on you.

I have a really good experience with you agency, my questions are always answered in a timely manner and my agent Marissa is always very helpful.

Very helpful friendly staff, I am on a first name basis with my Allstate agents, Brandon, Jackie and Marissa. They make understanding my multiple insurance policies, billing and making payments as easy as possible. I appreciate that they are always quick with a call back and any advice or information I need. I owe a special thank you to Brandon for getting me to switch from State Farm insurance to Allstate insurance. I get more for less money and a much more pleasant customer service experience.
