This was my first time and they did such an amazing job. They made feel comfortable and we’re very welcoming the moment I called and walked through the door.

Love the venue. Although I didn't have my hair cut there, my daughter does and is always very happy with the results. Very friendly people.

Wow! Best wax experience I’ve ever had. The establishment was clean, beautiful and professionally setup. The service was engaging, quick, prompt and so easy! I went in for a wax and came out with two books and feeling inspired and energized. Highly recommend this company!

The staff makes you feel comfortable while receiving a slightly painful wax. They talk and joke with you to take your mind off what is going on. They are fast and do a great job. They do not judge you and make you feel welcome. I would not go anyplace else.

I had a great experience first timer. I had a Brazilian wax and my underarms done. Jody did both for me, she helped me calm down and feel relaxed. It was a great time, it was smooth and she helped me further understand the process.

Love it! I typically book with Jody or Mary Elizabeth but all of the ladies are friendly and do a great job.

Very friendly, and comfortable place to visit. My girlfriend, and I usually go for Brazilian waxes. I know this is uncommon for most men, but something I can highly recommend for either party.

Best place on Rochester to get your waxing done. Mary Elizabeth is funny, easy going, quick and thorough. Love this place!

I absolutely loved! It this was my first time getting a Brazilian the woman who did me was so cool and funny she took my mind off of hair being ripped out of a sensitive spot and made me so relaxed! I felt good I looked good and it was affordable

Great place to go. Sure other places are cheaper but Mark & M. E.are willing to work with schedules and almost always accept last minute appointments. Like when another salon bailed on me and I was able to get an appoint here same day. Highly recommend.

Mark and Mary Elizabeth are such an amazing duo with an equally amazing business. I absolutely love coming to see them for anything and everything their salon provides. They always make you feel extremely comfortable and welcome in both of their locations. I have a busy schedule, but M. E.is always able to squeeze me in for an appointment wherever she can.
